I had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Residences in Doha for two weeks. My suite was spacious and clean, so I wasted no time settling right in. The breakfast spread was complete with lots of healthy options, and the restaurant staff was especially kind, they even remembered my favorite part of my breakfast (chia seed pudding!) Rudy was the hotel engineer, he was so knowledgeable, he fixed my internet issues with swiftness. Mr. K at the front desk gave me peace of mind after I accidentally left my room open. He meticulously went through security footage, ensuring my room hadn't been entered, proving how much safety matters to the staff. Mr. E was the manager, and i hope he knows his team is doing a fantastic job. I totally recommend this place to those who want a peaceful stay in Doha.
P.S. the suites have a dual washer and dryer, complete with a full kitchen. How convenient is that?

This is the first time I am putting a review for a hotel.We have been to many staycations in Doha. There has been atleast one negative aspect in all previous stays. Here I cannot even point out one. In Kempinski , I found staff enjoying their work. They are so polite, so friendly. We felt we are being pampered. I would like to thank Ms. Geraldine who won my little girl’s heart by teaching her craft and creative ideas. Also I would like to thank Mr. Eyad, Ms. Chau and to all staff whom I do not know the names who have made our Eid special.
To review Kempinski In few words is impossible. Rooms are so clean; spacious. Kitchen is equipped with all things from baking to cooking. Pool and jacuzzi are kept clean all the time. Whether it is housekeeping staff or room service, they come within 10 minutes after your call.
A perfect staycation in Doha for family.

During their visit to Doha, I hosted my mom and sister at Kempinski Residences and Suites Doha, as it is my place of residence since 5 years ago (and I wanted only the best for them as well). I rented for them a beautiful two-bedroom appartment, at 36th floor, with an stunning view over the city. My family was delighted with the comfort and cleanliness of the appartment and mattresses, the size of the rooms, bathrooms, closets, and kitchen, all fully equipped. Weekly housekeeping allowed them to fully dedicate their time to discover the city, meet friends, and relax at the facilities of the hotel (they loved the gym, sauna, steam room). This review would not be complete without a special and well deserved mention to the staff; they were helpful, welcoming, and warm even before their arrivial: Chao and Elyjane arranging the booking and the paper work, Jenny, Maryam, and Manish at reception always smiling and ready to help; Claire, Justine, and Geraldine at the gym; Niranjan always offering help with their belongings, Kim from nursing services who quickly helped my mom whe she needed it, and all housekeeping staff. Overall, it was a great decision to take my family here. Thanks to all who made it possible.

From the cheerful reception to the welcoming concierge then to the most amazing cleaning services and a very wonderful breakfast. A very intentional hotel with very helpful staffs. My kids were always excited to return back to the hotel because of props or cookies or notes dropped by the hotel after cleaning.

I didn't choose to stay at Kempinski Residences as it was allocated as part of a tour package but I'm so glad it was allocated. The one bedroom suite was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and there was no external noise to disturb my sleep. Generally only had breakfast at the hotel but the choice and quality was exceptional. This was matched with the quality of the breakfast team. Every need was attended to without having to try and attract their attention. The bar was on the 61st floor alongside the restaurant and provided the most spectacular views of Doha. Again the bar staff were efficient and a delight to chat to. The hotel location was perfect for getting around as it was a 15 minute walk through a huge shopping mall to the metro system. I am finding it difficult to find anything negative to say that may help future visitors as the whole experience from check in to check out was remarkable.
