My first arrival I was greeted by the very kind and happy reception staff who helped us check in with ease and make sure we had all we needed. Also offering us a sign up to your hotel rewards we straight away got 2 free drinks so thought why not stay for lunch were enjoyed lovely salad and sandwiches. All the food was fresh and tasty as we had breakfast every morning where you were spoilt for choice and the offerings of fresh cooked eggs in any way you requested followed by their delicious coffees The room was large and very smart with great amenities the bed was comfortable and the room cool from the warm air. The bathroom so spacious and the staff cleaned the room to the highest standard everyday. The pool on the roof was fantastic again staff there to greet your every need. My husband used the gym are where was very happy said there was lots of space and refreshments available. I used the spa where I was the most relaxed after my long flight. The WiFi connection was brilliant and the door staff were super helpful. All in all we had a lovely vacation and that was made better with your hotel and team. My husband, son and I are greatly pleased to have celebrated our anniversary and experienced superb hospitality from Stegenberger Hotel Doha. The hotel staffs are all very nice, warm and efficient. Our room has been upgraded on the 7th floor. Aside from a great view, the bedroom facilities are all clean, tidy and well. The housekeeping team, supervised by Miss Sarah, kept our room well-maintained and went extra mile by surprising us with chocolates and a flower towel arrangement with flower petals on our bed. I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. Initial interaction was poor, I was arriving at 630am into Doha and so requested early check in. However I got a vague response, they could only tell me once I arrived at the hotel. Once I arrived they provided an early check and gave me an upgrade. I did find out later that the hotel was having low occupancy so no clue on why it was so difficult to accommodate my request from the start.
Hotel is new, 2 months old and so rooms are modern, fresh. Some teething issues, shower got flooded but was rectified quickly by maintenance. WIFI is spotty at best, needs to be fixed.
Breakfast options are decent, both cold and hot options. Fresh juices are available upon request but this wasn't clearly indicated until I asked. Service levels are mixed perhaps due to the hotel being new. Overall a decent stay, would go back again.

I wouldn't recommend the property to anyone as the management / staff weren't professional nor trained to be servicing guests. Upon checking in, I was informed that the suite category that I had booked wasn't available and they decided to show me alternative suites to avoid losing me as a customer. They had to show me 5 suites until one was almost within the same level of the suite that I had initially booked. We spent a good 30-40mins simply between the lobby and going up and down 3 times to see the options that were left which was very unprofessional and inconvenient. An hour after arriving into our suite, Ms. Sheeone Bainon, the hotel manager had knocked on our door and asked to come in. I was shocked as according to the law in Qatar no staff members are permitted to enter the room without the guest’s consent and with valid reasoning. I asked her why she wanted to come in and more importantly why she had an aggressive tone which wasn’t professional nor necessary. She claimed that the music level and our guests laughing were too loud, which I immediately assured her that the music level shall be reduced, yet to ask our guests not to laugh or speak softly was quite a strange request from a hotel staff member. I was surprised that the manager of a hotel wouldn’t call us as a preliminary warning to reduce the volume, like any other hotel would, yet charged up to our room accompanied by a security guard and asking to enter to check on the room’s circumstance, which was such an invasion of privacy, followed by a rude tone. A hotel is meant to be a lavish comforting getaway, and that wasn't the case, thanks to Ms. Sheeone Bainon!
In my opinion, had the manager Ms. Sheeone Bainon been provided the bear minimum training and mentoring that all hotel staff around the world are offered during their training and had she implemented all the correct steps and protocols, such unfortunate circumstances would’ve been avoided and guests would remain happy and trusted the hotel’s ability to perform and cater to its guests in a professional and qualified manner.
Surprisingly, I have stayed in the Steinberger Hotel in Dubai, UAE and had quite the pleasant experience, unlike the one I’ve had here in Doha, Qatar. I am utterly shocked that a high-end hotel such as the Steinberger with an impeccable reputation would hire such unprofessional staff to represent them and deal with such high-end clientele in a country like Qatar.

Beautiful space, exquisite service and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Booked just one night through Discover Qatar for a 23 hour layover and was so glad I did. We had a fantastic (though not inexpensive) meal at Crust. The killer part? When we mentioned at check-in that we needed to leave at 5:00 a.m. and would miss breakfast, room service called to take our orders and at 4:59 am, someone came to the front desk and gave us each a full, to-order breakfast to take to the airport.
Found the pool area small and full of children. I also wish there had been more on-demand entertainment options. Otherwise, it was a delightful 20 hours.

Although one may feel no need to write about the stay during quarantine, I feel one truly needs to relax and feels good after a tiresome journey and all the formalities one goes through. Steigenberger hotel offers a hassle free quarantine experience. The staff were extremely helpful right from my check in until my departure. I would like to specially mention Tracy and Ikram, the two managers who ensured my stay was comfortable.The room was well equipped and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The food quantity and quality both was great and I really enjoyed my meals. The test was done swiftly and the results came soon too. I didn't feel stressed or worried during my stay.Overall I felt truly relaxed and I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with family or alone.

Im a regular guest at the F&B outlets. Especially a frequent visitor of Crust restaurant at the lunch and dinner buffet. Exceptional attentive and polite hospitality standards are shown by Roopesh and his team, i.e. Shiva, Ruth and the rest. Highly recommend this buffet on the weekends with a good selection of warm and cold dishes in a peaceful, clean and fresh restaurant environment.

Rooms are beautiful, luxurious and finished with a goldtouch. We totally felt like we stay in a 5 star hotel room. Marvellous! Despite on arrival we had towels for only 1 person, in the morning 3am we didn’t have electricity in the room and the key didn’t work. So finding the toilet in a complete dark room was challenging. During breakfast we informed if softdrinks were for free, it was not so we didn’t want it (we even said that we had no creditcard or money with us). but they still brought it to our table. The manager had an eye on us and when we left the restaurant she came to tell us that we still had to pay for our sprite. We told her that we didn’t ask for it but the manager said “if you drink it you have to pay it”. We didn’t want to argue but couldn’t pay immediately as our wallet was still in the hotelroom. So the manager decided to sent a policewaiter with us to our room to be sure that we paid our sprite of almost 6 euro. We felt like criminaliteit but in our opinion we didn’t do anything wrong and were just punished for a simple question. No means no, this is not difficult to understand. This felt like a scam!! So please be aware.

We booked 1 night here with my family in an executive suite room. This is a great hotel for staycation or just a family weekend away from home. We loved our experienced in the hotel so amazing and a nice hotel to stay. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, room service is very fast. The swimming pool is nice and clean. Restaurant team are very supportive, helpful and always ready to help. Very good service was provide by server. Breakfast buffet is excellent but dinner buffet was too pricey for its limited selection. I am really happy and thankful for our stay with you. We would love to be back. Thank You.

Room is nice. However, they did not consider our request of twins beds for the Quarantine package. Food is absolutely below average and the same food is served. Furthermore, they do not allow you to order food from outside, stating that they are not allowed to touch food from outside. So if your hungry you have to suffer or order their overly priced room service. Clearly a ploy to make money by forcing people order their menu so they profit. Every other hotel allows food from outside. It’s ridiculous.
