We went to 360 restaurant at the the Torch, me and my girlfriend were impressed by the service, and the special treatment from Mr. Jay the F&B manager, would definitely visit again. The service is very professional and the place is lovely and romantic. I can’t forget the experience that mr. Jay and his team offered for us.

Upon arriving at the restaurant we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and the Manager in charge Mr. Jay who took great pleasure in showing us around and helped us choose the food in our menu. On our starter Mr. Jay and the waiter Vipin suggested Calamari and Crispy shrimp , next in our main course the we agreed to try Crispy lobster and Wagyu Ribeye which is undeniably good and one of my friends even joke on asking for the recipe and last but not the least for our dessert we had a delightful red velvet cheese cake, Over all me and my friends enjoyed our experience and we did have a great meal and a good evening , thumbs up to all the staff of 360 restaurant, I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely go back here.

I make a reservation in 360 restaurant for a couple me and my husband for his birthday, i did a surprise for him .. he came with a normal dress but he was wearing a slippers because he was not expecting im doing a surprise for him , we enter we like the place it’s amazing place they did for us a romantic table with decoration we like it ….. but !!! Here the surprise once we seat they came to us to leave the place because he dont have a dress code !! I get chocked about the way how they talk and how they treat us , there is a ways how we can talk , specially in the situation what im doing to him a surprise and they change our day to a terrible day this is the surprise !! We leave the place from happinesses to a disappointment .. we respect the policy but we have to respect the guest and the situation . It was easy for him to go and wear a shoes from the car but the way how the hostess ( arabic) who should have in the hospitality its the solution and make the guest as u much happy !!( I want to thanks the guy who make the reservation before to me i think his from india he was in the desk he’s amazing )!! Anyway we leave without any respect from her & without any solution !…

We had dinner at the 360 Revolving restaurant, and as expected got fantastic views of the city. It is quite from the city center so the location might not be the best, and the views from the tower are not the clearest. Still, the staff were all friendly and the food (we had seafood pasta and Oriental grill were both delicious. There is also the adjacent Villagio Mall to explore afterwards so overall, it was a lovely experience!

Stayed for quarantine-good rooms but food gave my child Gastritis- not quality at all. Hope it has improved. We had to book 2 rooms- only one bed! No sound barrier and bathtub was way too small . Not enough storage spaces and TV was near the celing- i mean , what? Food was served in take-away boxes and there wasnt a large choice of food at all. Kids were bored and one had a cramped leg from the bed and there were minimal drinks in the cooler. TIP- Never , ever use this hotel for prolonged stay unless you are desperate .

We have really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are beautiful!!! Service is excellent. Food was ok, but we didn’t try all restaurants there. Swimming pool on 19th floor is very nice with beautiful views. Would stay in Torch hotel again and can only recommend.

Worst 5* hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was lovely but on both nights we were disturbed by loud dripping sounds from what we now believe is the air conditioning vent above our heads. First night it was raining so we put the 4.30am wake up down to the rain but it then happened on the 2nd morning around 6.30am. First time we called reception and they sent someone who simply told us it’s the AC. Reception did then call in the morning to offer a change of room but on a lower floor. Thinking it was a temporary issue caused by rain we decided to stay. The pool has also been closed both days due to rain. I can understand when it’s raining but today it’s sunny and not rained for 24hrs and remained closed. We were offered a golf buggy ride to another hotel for their indoor pool but declined. The views as well are obscured by dirty glass covered in bird poop. Overall lesson learnt from this stay… it might look impressive in photos but it just did not deliver a 5* experience we paid for sadly.…

Torch tower Qatar iconic landmark tower. It’s more beautiful during night time. Located close to Villagio mall. Little far from city center. What a architectural building. We just took pictures from outside only and did not go inside the tower

If your looking for a view experience? This is definitely a place you want to go. A bit pricey but your paying for the view and not the quality of food. I have ordered a plate of seafood and my meal was quite dry from the grill, the staff was quite friendly and very pleased to assist us. FYI if you like to drink and unwind! This is not the right place to be as they don’t serve any alcohol beverages. All and all 1 out of 5 I will give this place a 5 due to a view , but with food quality, I’ll give this place a 1.
