I chose the Torch hotel to surprised my partner on his bday coz I thought it will be great, but it actually exceeds my expectation, it wasnt just nice/great staycation, but they gave us the unforgettable experience on our stay. I want to special mention Miss Lucel for guiding me from day one I emailed her. She was so nice and very prompt on answering my quiries, even until before we checked out, she was still there to guide us. Thankyou so much Miss Lucel ❤️ What I loved the most in this hotel, their rooms are controlled/equipped by the ipad, which makes them unique and extra special to other hotels. And their pool is another extra bonus happiness on our stay. They were so kind generous that they allowed us to extend until 2pm. Looking forward to stay here again. Godbless you all guys.🙏🏻

Nice ambiance and great experience. You will be experiencing rotating restaurant in 360 degree while enjoying the view of doha . Nice view in night time where you can enjoy seeing the lights and the beauty of Stadiums for FIFA 2022 will be seen. It’s fun and great experience. Have always seen the Torch dominate Doha Skyline and I finally managed to stay here too.
I had a lovely room with a view of the city from 17th floor. Since it was a very tight schedule for me I was not able to explore the hotel as I would have wanted to but whatever I could ,I was impressed by the service level and attentiveness of the staff.
The 360 degree revolving restaurant at the top serves good food and needless to say offers magnificent view of the city.
Two negatives though, the hotel is in dry zone so no alcohol is served and the Gym is very small. I had expected a much larger gym considering its in the Sporting zone of Qatar. But it’s not something that on can complain about.
It’s a good hotel worth a stay.

To call this a 5 star hotel is crazy. I’ve had better stays at 3 or 4 star hotels. The facility is pretty lackluster and the rooms are kind of dated. It’s also really far from all the main attractions. I recommend staying downtown and save some time and money. Some details:
1: this IS a smoking friendly property. Although there are no smoking placards near the elevators, there are ash trays all around the property and people smoking at all times, and no one tells them to stop. Our first room smelled horribly like smoke, so I asked to be moved. We were moved to yet another room that smelled like smoke… They offered air freshener which helped only momentarily.
2: The shower overflowed constantly all over the floor. Also the water temperature was not consistent. It was scalding hot then would become freezing cold.
3: there are no facilities to buy needs on site. There’s 2 restaurants which are extremely expensive and one coffee shop which charged me $20 for TWO bottles of water. I’m not even kidding. The charge was $19.38 usd. For 2 large bottles of water.
4: The reception process was less than warm and welcoming. You’d think at a 5 star hotel it would be a bit more friendly.
5: all the room controls are done on the iPad which is not easy to navigate. I’m a very tech savvy person and the iPad was confusing. The AC was either freezing or too hot and it was hard to mediate from the iPad.
6: no options for room service listed on the iPad or anywhere around the room.
Overall expected a lot more from a “5 star hotel”.

As Robert Orben quoted "A vacation is having nothing to do and all day to do it in" was the perfect statement for my stay at Torch Doha. Wanted to gift my parents a tribute for them for being there for us to pamper them selves with luxury. II must torch hotel and its staff made it exactly tailored to the way I wanted it and even more than expected . Right from the check in and setting up some special surprises of thanks giving for my parents room was taken Ms. Aikeirm at the reception. Some one said ,"Massage is the only form of physical pleasure to which nature forgot to attach consequences", I must say The Spa and health club staff Mr. Lama, Ms. Trisna, Ms. Nana & Mr. Joel pampered . As it rightly said by Mr. Micheal "Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships" . I thank from the bottom of my heart Ms Mama Una , the architect behind the training and up bring of the staff and mentoring them . I must say all the staff right from the concierge to all departments are aligned to the motto pleasant and perfect stay with not a smile but laughter for all its customers.
Last but least all our luggage's during check in and check out was taken care Mr. Good luck as the name says he is the real charm and champion of the team . I believe there wont be no one to replace his smile and kindness for the way he is fabricated at least for me .

We were here with my close friends at The Three Sixty Reataurant , The Torch and it was such a memorable experienced being first timers to dine in . The staffs were all friendly in welcoming us most especially to Ms Lucel Briana who assisted us everything from booking and showing us around the place. The hotel location is perfect as we had Hyrox competition in Aspire dome also location offering easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. If your looking for a view experience? This is definitely a place you want to go. A bit pricey but your paying for the view and not the quality of food. I have ordered a plate of seafood and my meal was quite dry from the grill, the staff was quite friendly and very pleased to assist us.
FYI if you like to drink and unwind! This is not the right place to be as they don’t serve any alcohol beverages. All and all 1 out of 5 I will give this place a 5 due to a view , but with food quality, I’ll give this place a 1.

Stayed here for the football youth cup and the service all round was really good despite the hotel being full. The hotel staff Ms Raksha and Mr Mohammad were so helpful and really took care of us and made our stay very comfortable. Thanks to their outstanding service. The rooms have great technology to operate the curtains and lights right from your bed side. The hotel is linked to the Villagio Mall and is just few minutes walk from the metro station.

Check-in was very sloppy. Check-in time was at 3pm. Came to check in at 430pm, still had to wait since room was not clean. Didn't officially check in until 5pm. After check in, staff kept on bother us in the room despite "Do Not Disturb". View from the room was disappointing. The inner glass shell is where the rooms are but to see outside the window, you have to look thru the outer glass shell as well (2 windows with beams between the two windows)

Yes, it is allowed because Qatar already has a diverse people living in it. However, there might be some other discreet people who might not be comfortable to around with other people or other gender together. We should respect it.
Yes, they have swimming pool day pass option. If you have “my book App” you’ll be able to save because they have a voucher.
They haven't any restrictions about couples, you can book and live together w/o any questions.
