Check-in was very sloppy. Check-in time was at 3pm. Came to check in at 430pm, still had to wait since room was not clean. Didn't officially check in until 5pm. After check in, staff kept on bother us in the room despite "Do Not Disturb". View from the room was disappointing. The inner glass shell is where the rooms are but to see outside the window, you have to look thru the outer glass shell as well (2 windows with beams between the two windows)

Great Hotel, but not a Five star, I was there for 2 days quarantine so couldn't explore the hotel but inside room modern amenities were available. well decorated room , but bed sheets were very old and and find holes in sheet. cleanliness was not great also.

This was my first visit to Torch Hotel and I have to say it is now one of my favorite hotels ever. It's charming, well laid out, modern, beautiful, has a great atmosphere, and very friendly, helpful staff (Special shoutout to their guest relation manager Ms. Nissrine.. sorted my issues within minutes). Super smooth check in.. check out experience... Most comfortable and Modern Rooms with breathtaking city views... Nice meal choices to select from... Overall a true 5 Star Experience

This one of the beSt hotels I have ever been,and I visited a lot in my life. We visited the Formula1 in Doha. Rooms are really fantastic and good. I even watched the supplier of the matras because normally I have a pain in my back after sleeping in a hotel. The restaurant on the 47th floor is unbelievebal. It turns around the Torch and the view is incredible. Special thanks to Nissrine from reception, what a great girl !! She helped with everything, etheraz app for health, lost luggage, taxi,s. Have always seen the Torch dominate Doha Skyline and I finally managed to stay here too. I had a lovely room with a view of the city from 17th floor. Since it was a very tight schedule for me I was not able to explore the hotel as I would have wanted to but whatever I could ,I was impressed by the service level and attentiveness of the staff. The 360 degree revolving restaurant at the top serves good food and needless to say offers magnificent view of the city. Two negatives though, the hotel is in dry zone so no alcohol is served and the Gym is very small. I had expected a much larger gym considering its in the Sporting zone of Qatar. But it’s not something that on can complain about. It’s a good hotel worth a stay.

Visited in Sept 21 on business. Fantastic location. Check in was quick, polite....the room was comfortable, great tech, spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath. Good all round service, would recommend to all.

Currently quarantining at the Torch and the staff is very well trained & the service is impeccable. SAMBA has been very cooperative, polite and absolutely brilliant. This is by far one of the best 5 star hotel in Qatar.

We chose for their honeymoon package which including stay at Diplomatic suite on the 36th Floor , Dinner at Three Sixty restaurant and morning breakfast. It was absolutely an amazing experience. A special thanks for Ms. Nissrine, who is in reservatios. She did such a great job of making sure my husband had a memorable birthday celebration. When we entered our room, we were both amazed with the set up. The petals on the bed was really beautiful as well as the view from our room.
