It’s my daughter engagement party and we booked abalone meeting room and family stayed at the hotel. Overral it was beautiful experience and the hotel arranged every little detail was took care personally by the staff. Thanks Ms Hamada &Ms shima and thanks for Mr salmon. Dear All We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this hotel recently and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Doha. Check in- we were dealt with at check in by a man called ‘Guri’ who we found was polite, professional and went that extra mile for us. As we arrived at the hotel in the early morning we were told that our room would be ready later that morning. We had just got off a night flight and so asked if there was any way we could have a room earlier. ‘Guri’ told us that he would do his best, and sure enough within the hour he had allocated us to a room. He gave us a full outline of the amenities offered by the hotel which was helpful. Breakfast- the breakfast has a good selection although can be a bit repetitive, there is limited change but the food is good quality and fresh which is important. The staff are very attentive. There is an indoor and outdoor area which are both equally nice. We were staying on the 9th floor and our room was spacious. What we loved was that we never had to ask for more water, tea bags, towels etc, the cleaning staff would ensure that twice a day our room was cleaned and stocked up. A big thank you to the staff who cleaned our room name ‘Harish, Marlon and Nicole’. You were soo polite and left lovely messages for us each day and made us feel special. My wife visited the spa on two days, and whilst it is expensive, she said it was worth the value and she had an amazing experience. She was assisted by ‘Mila’ who was polite, attentive and was a great masseuse. My wife said ‘Mila’ provided the best massage she had ever had, so great praise indeed. There are a huge array of restaurants at the hotel so you don’t have to go out if you don’t want to. Booking at them is easy and they aren’t too busy. The hotel offers a private beach which we preferred to the pool area because it’s more quieter and private. The staff at the beach are very attentive- big shout out to Frank who always served us with a smile. The staff at the entrance of the hotel are equally helpful, we arranged Ubers but they can arrange taxis for you. Thank you Ali Akbar and Jacob for your great service and friendly manner. In short, this hotel ticks all boxes and we would definitely recommend this for your stay.…

our experience was more than lovely, service was quick and amenities were outrageous. To top up this experience Victor was kind enough to make our morning with his kindness and enthusiasm. Flawless stay, beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast display, fab restaurants on the grounds, butler service was prompt, friendly faces everyday. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable that it felt like home. Spa services were great, gym was flawless, i dont have a bad word to say. We loved Frank at the beach, hes so friendly and genuine. We also really liked Innocent at Oyster, and the manager at the breakfast buffet. Thank you. Cant wait to come back.

Thé rooms were so comfortable and the aroma is quite ecstatic. When I went to go relax by the pool, I had taken my belongings with me. However throughout my time, I lost my wallet with all my important information. Due to the extremely helpful and trustworthy staff, specially Agnis in recreation, allowed me to ease my pain and helped me find my belongings again. Thank you Agnis, and the wonderful frank!

Impossible to sleep due to the noise. Every night something else : outside party (loud as next door despite being at the 10th floor), singer , group of noisy persons in the next room, etc. No solution (except moving room but without improvement), no compensation. They just send the security guard in your room (!) during the night. Totally useless ! Rooms are average. You would expect something more luxurious For the rest, the staff is so nice and breakfast is great, incredible swimmingpool, nice beach.
