An exquisite hotel, located walking distance from the Damascus legendary old city, with a great service throughout by very polite and professionally trained staff. The hotel environment is very special, rooms and bathrooms spacious, and all facilities one may wish for are available. Several restaurants and a pub within the premisies are available, as well as a large size pool...

For sure the best place to stay in this lovely town. Once the war is over, Damascus will be again the "Queen of Middle East". The hotel it has a 4 Seasons brand grabed in every corner.Rooms are big and perfectly clean. It is an oasis in the middle of this busy and bustling city.

My 3rd time here. Superb hotel with great staff, excellent views of the city from the high floors. There is a fantastic silver souk opposite the hotel and the old city is 10 minutes walk away. THE place to stay in Damascus

As always, excellent quality, superb service, and when compared with international prices and current valuation of local currency, the Iftar cost is very competitively priced. You can't get any thing close to in terms of quality, variety, and amount at most five star hotels in other major cities, whether in the Middle East, Europe, etc. 16 types of cold appetizers...

Beautiful and luxurious 5* hotel in Damascus. Pricey but worth the money as you experience the best including friendly staff and the restaurants are very good with a nice atmosphere but needs more food on plates. Location is good to go many places.

Visited often and was always impressed by the welcoming atmosphere provided by the friendly staff. I loom forward to coming back in more peaceful times. Rooms are very comfortable and food is excellent if somewhat expensive compared to nearby restaurants.

A beautiful hotel that is so well decorated and appointed. It has good rooms in terms of size and decor. The amenities are good. The restaurant offer a wide variety of food. The staff are helpful but could improve on their English.
