Me and my family visited rixos marina in Abu Dhabi over the weekend, was amazed by the first look at the hotel ,and was so much glad to be welcomed and assisted from the first step in the hotel by the lady from guest services “ Vidhe “ . She made sure that our time in the hotel was comfortable and memorable. Beautiful locations outdoor and perfect view of the sunset along with the endless view of the sea. Couldn’t be more beautiful. Will be back soon for sure.

We just returned from Abu Dhabi staying at the RIXOS Marina resort which recently opened in November 2022 so very new!! Our experience there was great! The staff were very accommodating and we were provided a room quite quickly given our Gold status upon arriving in the morning. Honesty given we have stayed at many other resorts in Abu Dhabi including Regis Saadiyat, Jumeirah Saadiyat and Rotana Saadiyat this one topped the lot given all the extras. The exceptional items that set this hotel apart given most other resorts do have gyms, kids clubs, piano players etc are: 1) The hours of this kids club 10am to 10pm and the staff currently at the kids club being exceptional. Most evenings kids enjoyed music, magician and acrobatic shows and/or disco and movie nights...quite exceptional. 2) Temperature of the pools was outstanding and beats all the other hotels with one pool heated to 30 degree Celsius!!! Other pools less heated, it’s great the hotel is trying to accommodate all guests with their varying pool temperatures. 3) Gym classes throughout the day and everyday. I do hope with time the classes offered will be as good as Rixos the Palm in Dubai with trampoline classes (not offered yet), cycling in the pool (not offered yet) and outside cycling classes along with Pilates and Yoga. 4) Great live bands in all different genres of music each night of the week at Antidote bar. The waiter at the bar is also lovely. Jumeriah also had live bands and St Regis Saadiyat at Budha Bar however these cover bands at Rixos had very good singing with the playing of music. We also enjoyed the piano and other instruments being played in the hotel at the Godiva lobby area each evening of the week for guests to just relax and take it easy. Lesser strong points: Breakfast was good however hours would be better if they can stay open until 11am given the rush and if outside weather is windier guests are standing in a line waiting for a table (this happened also at Jumeriah Saadiyat) as there are not enough indoor tables for a fully occupied hotel. St Regis Saadiyat has the best breakfast experience honestly speaking given they work with UK times so will stay open for guests until 13:00. No one had to worry about getting up for Abu Dhabi time if you just came in from the UK or anywhere else. This hotel is still working to open up a couple restaurants, the only place one could dine without the all inclusive for lunch and/or dinner was People's which is 7/10....we never found RIXOS to be amazing with food even at the Dubai Rixos Palm hotel and we found room service to be pricey, dinner at Peoples restaurant with 2 glasses of Prosecco was £120 (£30 for a main pp) Not many rooms have a balcony which is unfortunate, the sea view is beautiful. In general we had a really great experience with the activities and entertainment this hotel had to offer and I think we would definitely be back. A special mention for Alin (from Nepal) in the Turquoise dining room serving us a few days, we felt he was an always smiling, happy to help, friendly, calm and collected and an exceptional host/server - any hotel would be very lucky to have him. Baha (Turkish) who carried out the Spin/Cycling classes each day everyday trying to motivate attendees to do their best was also wonderful and finally the kids club staff including Racime who was more than happy to play games and draw with my 7 year old daughter for hours on end and treated her so well my daughter was happy and asked to attend each day. Aya and Sasha were also there most days and lovely with the children.…

Gorgeous rooms, everything clean. Food was also fabulous. Fantastic kids club and great staff. We met Anastasia on our first day, she’s been amazing with both us adults, and the kids too. Housekeeping staff work extremely hard to keep the rooms spotless at all times. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

It was a very wonderful vacation we spent 12 days in the hotel. The rooms were clean and had everything, and the view from the room window was amazing . We enjoyed everything about the hotel, the pool bars and the beach. all reception staff were helpful. Food and drink were very good especially people's restaurant by the pool. The food was tasty and delicious and the service was excellent. I would like to thank Mr. Amer for being helpful and kindness with my children. He was at the height of politeness and respect. Thank you all for this wonderful holiday.

I was there for a weekend, to escape the monotony of Dubai. I was impressed by everything. Our suite was beautiful, huge, clean, with a great view on the marina. Sweet the snacks prepared for welcome us in the room, well thought. We loved all the amenities, huge outdoor pools, nice beach, delicious food in their restaurants. And on top of all, the staff, from check-in to cleaning staff, waiters, managers, all very helpful, polite and talkative. We will come back. Definitely the place to be if you come to Abu Dhabi

We spent the weekend here, little escape from Dubai. The hotel is wonderful, our room was spacious, clean, the bed very confortable and huge. Very kind the staff to prepare for us some welcome snacks and drinks. Cleaning stuff did well their jobs. Staff in general, from check-in to everyone of their facilities, was very welcoming and smiling at all time. We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended

We arrived yesterday at Rixos al marina, in Abu Dhabi. This is a wonderful, beautiful and comfortable family hotel, located in the picturesque center of Abu Dhabi. Huge, luxurious and very spacious hall gives you unforgettable experience. A welcoming drink, immediately offered by their services, provides you a good mood for the whole day. And, of course, the most wonderful, the most friendly and high quality service, as we expected. Special thanks to the wonderful employee Elizabeth for the attention and prompt organization of customer service and providing detailed information about the wonderful five-star hotel Rixos al marina. Visited rixos marina Abu Dhabi for the first time and it was such an amazing experience…very beautiful property it is! Especially the pools and outdoor areas. Would love to stay at the hotel in the next visit; special thanks to Vidhi from front desk who showed us around and gave information about the hotel so well .
