I guess some of the staffs service are based to what nationality, looks and appearance guest are. Saddening i will never forget the experience we had i will make sure not to book in the same Hotel branch again

Tom smelled bad, bathroom sink was clogged, furniture is old, and breakfast did not have a variety of foods. Room service line did not pick up at several occasions. Check in and check out was good and easy. Staff were friendly.

Been staying with Rotana for a week now, Im a long stay guest and yet I always felt the warm welcome of the staff every single day ! Kuddos to all of you ! We booked with the package of stay and play, and had a great time visiting the parks (though it wasn't the 1st time for us), kids really enjoyed the pool time they had in the hotel premises. Buffet breakfast was out class, food as well as the service. Overall a decent staycation. Thanks Rotana :)

Hotel and facilities are excellent. Swimming pool temperature is warm and jacuzzi is outstanding. Kids club facility is also very good. However, breakfast and Restautant service is disappointing and very poor.
