You not only took care of our stay but also took good care of our son. He did enjoy and is better now. I would definitely pass your good deeds to the IHG Head office in dubai and Denham and also to the Management. Rose Ann, would definitely need to be promoted to Assitant Front Office Manager . She much deserves it. (Just a few things to wind up. I think your buffet restaurant should have more vegetarian options for the vegetarian people) And provide trash bags in the room. Overall it was excellent, Rose Ann and Nica are very welcoming and was very helpful in answering my queries during our stay. We love how the cleanliness was maintained all through out the hotel. The buffet has very limited options these days but still, the food quality is exemplary! Will stay and refer the hotel to my friends.

Very good looking place and very friendly staff.. Location also is very close to the airport (around 20 min by taxi) and rooms are very convenient and clean I haven't seen any facilities as it was a busy visit, but surely willing to stay there again

The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The staff and Housekeeping service were excellent. The buffet breakfast was filled with lots of varieties to choose from. Keep up the good work.
