Very accommodating, friendly and polite that what I experience with Mr. Mustapha every time he's taking my order in every meal of the day in good manner during my stay here in fairmont bab Al bahr and also the house kipping they're very friendly . My son and I have stayed here for 11 days, and have had a wonderful holiday. We stayed on the Fairmont Gold floor in two beautiful rooms looking out over the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque. Zineb, one of the very helpful reception team, kindly found us interconnecting rooms and an upgraded view. The hotel is in a beautiful position, and the pool area and beach are well kept. We had no problem finding loungers each day, and the pool was never over-crowded. Our rooms were large and well appointed, and I particularly appreciated the beautiful bathroom! The hotel uses LABO toiletries in the rose scent, and these feel like a real treat. Our housekeeper, Benyani, was very friendly and checked on us each day. Nothing was too much trouble, and we thank him and his colleagues on the housekeeping team. We stayed on a full board basis and ate each day in one of three restaurants. Our hands down favourite was Marcos Italian, where the food was wonderful and the whole staff team made us so welcome. The main buffet restaurant, CuiScene, offers a good range of food for breakfast and for evening meals. The third restaurant, Majaz, serves Lebanese food. Michael, one of the concierge team, went out of his way to help us organise trips and days out. He was so patient, and found us trips that absolutely suited our interests. The sunset visit to the Grand Mosque will stay in our memories for a very long time. …

I would like to thank everyone at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr who made our stay so great. I booked my stay in a short notice but they have accommodated us with no problem. Check in was very smooth.Thank you Kayla at the front desk. I was there with my brother who was recovering from a heart condition. They have the wheel chair ready when we got there. They even have a welcome amenities for us. Thank you to Ms. Angelica. Concierge was so great helping me out with my pre departure PCR test. Thank you Sam. All the lifeguards who assisted me when my brother was doing his walking exercises at the poolside. I would definitely recommend this Fairmont. I hope next time I come back I will be able to enjoy their wonderful pool and the happy hour. Lol
I stayed with my family over Christmas and New Year’s Eve in the hotel, the rooms are super “old” renovations urgent needed. The restaurant and the pool are so crowded and super busy, but staff especially Vicky (Breakfast) and Younis and the pool team are amazing, they helped us to get sun beds and the served as anytime. The hotel should invest in new sun beds, it was disgusting and everything was damaged, this is for sure not a 5star experience. I really appreciate the staff, but the hotel should invest.
