Hotel's Favourite
We recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend and look forward to returning. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check in anyway. They explained where everything was and asked about dining options for the evening. Our room was initially a different room than we booked, but this was because we checked in early. After speaking to the staff, they moved us to a new room while we lay by the pool and delivered our new room keys to us. We had some nibbles ordered to the room and asked for an additional ice bucket in the room and were provided one quickly. The room was immaculate, with all the usual facilities, great views and a turn-down service. It was comfy and a suitable temperature thanks to the powerful AC. If you’ve never been to the hotel before, a few drinks in Ray’s bar overlooking the city with panoramic views for sunset is a must. For dinner, we went to VaKaVa and had a delicious steak! Service and food were both excellent. For breakfast, we went to the breakfast buffet, which has everything you can think of! We were welcomed by staff during breakfast, used our names and gave that personal touch. We were also offered a late checkout which allowed us time to relax by the adult-only pool all afternoon. Always an excellent visit to Conrad Hotel. We have now visited as it is today the Conrad Hotel and previously Etihad Towers. Such a great holiday with exceptional service. The Hotel is located close to Emirates Palace and the Marina Mall area....so nice. The Hotel has numerous restaurants which include: Rosewater - Excellent choices for Breakfast and Evening meals. Staff so warm and friendly, in particular Hanie & Jean. Sole (Italian) - probably the best service of all restaurants, Rebecca exceptional. Catered for all.our dietary needs and so very helpful. Thanks for a great evening. Ray's Bar - Great spot for cocktails situated on floor 62....some great staff (including Sinsley). Nahaam - Good place to eat for a casual evening by the pool. Lillet - The pool bar, love it that you can swim to it an enjoy a drink/snack. Ray's Grill - Steakhouse situated on 63rd floor. We had high expectations having visited before a been blown away with the service and theatre...fell a little short o this visit sadly. Reception staff excellent and can't do enough for you. Of worthy mention Taybur, who has looked after us every visit. Great greeting on arrival, sorts the taxis and remembers pur name every trip !! Ray’s bar is especial place which you need to visit! I recommend Atol as he has nice attitude and advice the best drinks! Definitely one of the place which is worth to visit. The view is amazing and you can spend their nice time.
