Stayed here with my wife and two kids, one 6 and the other 3. The duration of our stay was for a week. We had the usual routine for most of the week where we would do breakfast early morning, then relax in the room with the kids, followed by a visit to one of the theme parks (ended up going to Warner Bros and Ferrari World), then a quick afternoon ciesta, then some time by the pool (Capila) and finally some drinks and snacks at the lounge bar (Osmo) before heading to bed. Breakfast has been a pleasant experience with Jamal truly looking after us for almost the whole week. Poolside service was great not only from a food service view point, but also the team around the pool. From Lance bring very proactive as a lifeguard on duty, Florence being very friendly and caring in how she spoke to us, to Bankky (might have spelled it wrong) helping us with the towels with a super friendly greeting. Service at Osmo was always on point with Sapan's warm and friendly table side service, my son enjoying every slice of cake and chocolate shake he could get his hands on and Ralph serving us some great cocktails making it quite relaxing, when ending the evenings after dealing with two very active kids! Cannot forget the housekeeping team who looked after us throughout the stay with nice little touches like towel art decorations in the room to just making sure we were looked after. We always felt that they took pride in keeping the room looking good, thank you! Food quality at the poolside bar as well as at the lounge was really good especially the burger and club sandwich, highly recommended! Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay a memorable one; will certainly not be our last!…

We came in November 2022 and had such an amazing time that my kids asked us to come back again. The hotel and amenities are beautiful and the theme park package makes it an great deal. There is also a free shuttle that leaves every 15 minutes to popular destinations. It’s also steps away from Yas Bay where we would take nightly strolls after dinner. The best part is the staff, incredibly nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back again!

Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island was really nice. We stayed there twice already and would definitely visit again. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A special thanks goes to Jahaziel Ubalde, Subradeep Sen, Bina Kumari & Yvonne. Jahaziel is amazing with kids and ensures the little ones are always smiling at kids club. She definitely has a special touch when it comes to kids. Subradeep Sen is an excellent manager at the lounge and always goes the extra mile. Bina always has a smile and ensures clients are extremely happy when utilising spa facilities. Will definitely recommend Yas Island and must say it was the best vacation ever. Also all theme park tickets are included.

I would like to say thank to the Hilton yas island hotel. All the food and service is nice! Big thanks to Ranga from the main restaurant 👌🏽 The only problem was with the room service when we asked to bring suhur.

It was amazing stay and memorable celebrating my pre-birthday with family and love one! The staff are very approachable and friendly. Krishna from Front office , all the kitchen team who assist us for the amazing breakfast. Hospitality treatment especially for chef Mohamed, chef Juan chef Ashok (made special cheese manikesh)and Chef Rajesh! 👏👏👏👏 Our stay is really amazing and thank for all your hospitality and great treatment.

Great staycation experience. Friendly staffs, great breakfast selections with champagne. I did not experience champagne during breakfast from other hotels in the past. The room is still fresh and clean. Easy to reach and ask assistance from any staff. Also, we had the access to the beach club which is just outside the hotel. Will be coming back.

We planned a trip to Ferrari world and decided to stay over one night at the Hilton to make a weekend of it, and thankfully it was only one night since it was a very average stay. The resort is a fairly new and attractive property, but the service is very average and not one you would expect of a 5* hotel. We called the operator around 8 pm to ask for our sofa to be made into a bed for our 8-year-old son, but nobody came!! I followed up, and it got to a point where my son fell asleep in our bed while waiting... Dinner was OK, with good variety and nice seating outside, but breakfast was very busy and not enough staff to cater to your needs [removing plates, coffee/tea orders, etc] Other delays included asking for extra dental kits and again having to follow up after 30mins...the pool was nice...but the SPA was a big letdown; 16+ is only permitted, and my son was very disappointed for not being allowed to use the Jacuzzi. I also find it very strange that the female member of staff is permitted to walk into the men's changing room, showing me the Jacuzzi, Sauna, etc - I would be very uncomfortable if she walked in while i was half dressed. I would encourage the resort to look into this policy. I wouldn't be staying here again.…

A nice place to stay, a nice place to visit. Live music at the pool, brunch at the pool. Nice bites available at the poolside, from sliders to tacos and nachos. Wide drinks selections, from cocktails to soft drinks. Prime and stunning hotel to stay.
