We had a great stay, the Hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming, the facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool which was very clean, warm and the kids loved playing in the water with the big TV next to it. The location could not be better with only a few steps walk to the Warner Bros Theme Park also. Very good fun all round

Hotel's Favourite
We visited the hotel, and stepped into SIDEKICKS restaurant. The menu was great, the location overseeing the theme park was amazing, but what was phenomenal was the staff and the service. The staff picked up that it was my wife's birthday, Without us expecting, we were surprised with a cake and a candle for my wife, as a gift. It was an amazing gesture, we are hooked.

It was first time I’ve visit Hilton with my husband and 2 kids. the hotel is great, the huge variety of food and activities, rooms are clean, hotel staff is polite and helpful. My kids spent great time in kids club. Kids club animators very responsible and have an interesting program for kids. Especially I want to say thank you for Aly, Super Cool animator, for his great job! my Kids were so excited after spending a day with him! Generally speaking, it was wonderful vacation!

Overall was a good hotel. However I believe the front desk would require further training in customer service as guest satisfaction does not seem to be a priority to them. We arrived a little early than the check in time at around 12 noon. We were tired of a long trip. The front desk informed us that our room is not ready yet as the check in time is 3. I requested him if he can speed up as my kids are tired from the trip. He said it is being cleamed currently. So I waited. The guy literally made us wait for more than 2 hours when I went back to him he kept saying that the room is still being cleaned so I asked him isn't there any other room and he shrugged as no since there are only few suits in the hotel. Not to mention that his attitude was so bad. I waited till he left the front desk and I approached a different person who was able to get me another room which was ready. To be honest a 5 stars hotel such as this should train their staff to ensure guest satisfaction is thier top priority. Other than thus bad experience with this one staff the stay was good and conformable.…

The hotel was great with super convenient location close to airport and in the center of the theme parks. The complimentary access to the parks is quite a deal. The rooms are nicely designed with hints of famous productions. The food was great in every restaurant, from the breakfast to sushi’s. The only drawback was the aeration of the rooms caused by the lack of unwindable windows. But the peak of the experience is the staff. Each and everyone of them is so friendly and cheerful all the time and everywhere. It is kind of a wonderland. I have to mention tonnes of names actually, but especially Brendon and Henry from F&B and Beyaz from front desk made our days. Definitely will visit again.
