I was staying in Crowne Plaza for over 2 weeks for a business trip. The hotel staff were always available and friendly. All the requests were accommodated within no time during my stay. I would like to thank Lilia for her warm hospitality she provided and being always helpful.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi hotel in Abu Dhabi in the second week of February 2023. My experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Abu Dhabi was quite disappointing. Our stay was average at best. The receptionist was impatient, and the ground floor staff was unhelpful throughout our stay, making us feel unwelcome and undervalued as guests. On top of the poor behavior, the room service was incredibly slow. We requested an additional coffee mug as a guest had come to meet with us in our room, but despite repeated requests, it took an unacceptable amount of time for the mug to be delivered. The hotel's location is excellent, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Abu Dhabi.

I stayed for a night to celebrate a special occasion. Special thanks to Nader who was thoughtful to upgrade our room to a suite room. The room was amazing. Upon checking in, we were greeted by a warm welcome from Lilia. She explained about the hotel facilities and she assisted us with the late checkout. She is attentive and helpful. We had breakfast at the garden restaurant and we were welcomed by Mahfouz, it was great since he was so passionate in explaining the menu and all. Thank you so much for the warm experience Nader, LiLia, and Mahfouz, it was such amazing hospitality, and for delivering great customer service. With love, Cristine. 💚

We just got back from a week's stay in Abu Dhabi. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The rooms are somewhat dated and our bathroom had mould, very tired and definitely needs a refurb. The breakfast was average and got quite boring as it was the same pretty much everyday. Some staff were friendly, not all, but thank you to all the boys in concierge who were lovely, I wouldn't classify this as a 5-star hotel - more like 3-star.

Got a good deal from agoda for five rooms staff was very accommodating gave us king instead of queen rooms also gave us late checkout good staff overall but the hotel is slightly dated clean but age shows if the deal is good excellent location and Would recommend. I came here as tourist first time and found here very relaxing.I lost my phone when in taxi and one guy help me to get it even if I saw him very busy during that time but he didn’t hesitate to help me.
