Excellent customer service - especially from Sami ( duty manager) rooms spacious and clean - club lounge lovely and pool area fabulous! Stayed in many hotels around Abu Dhabi and whilst the building itself isn’t the glitziest or newest you cannot fault the interior/staff or value for money. Would definitely recommend and have in fact already booked a return visit !

everything was perfect, incredibly helpful staff made the stay even better. the hotel facilities are definitely of a high level, very tasty cuisine, we really liked it. we will definitely come back again. Super, Super, Super , Super!!!!!

Lovely hotel, with excellent facilities, friendly helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Food was good too. Check in was smooth and professional, and our room was very comfortable, though we were disappointed with the size of the balcony as it was only big enough to stand on. All balconies were the same size though. Bathroom was big, plenty of soft towels, toiletries and robes. Beds were comfy but air con a bit noisy to be left on overnight. Flavours restaurant was great, lots of choice for differing palettes and great staff - Asher and Akitur especially. Heard good reports about Le Bistro but their a la carte menu isn’t available as part of the all inclusive package - that menu is more like pub grub and wasn’t as good as Flavours. You can pay for the a la carte but they didn’t tell us about that. B lounge serves a good lunch (need to pay for this if all inclusive) and again, service from Samil and his team was excellent. Lovely pool area, no problems getting a sun bed! This hotel was one of the earliest ones built and it benefits from a small and friendly atmosphere. Promenade is lovely though take a taxi if you want to get to the attractions at the other end. Would happily stay here again.…

Beautiful hotel and restaurants. Staff is very kind and helpful. The food was very tasty, nice range of drinks. The music at the Blounge was definitely a vibe. For the sports fans they have a nice little pub next to the hotel.

Hotel has undergone refurbishment during Covid closure. Check-in staff friendly and capable in English. Plenty of choices for breakfast, and buffet dinner options. What was Italian/Mexican restaurant pre-Covid is now Le Bistrot, offering a narrowish menu, and not often busy. We were very impressed with Wasana who ran the Club lounge for afternoon tea and happy hour. She had excellent English, was very patient with guests who thought they were special but really weren't, and somehow managed to remember every table's drinks whilst keeping the food offerings refilled, working extremely hard, which hopefully is appreciated by the hotel management. Fluffy towels in the rooms, and frequently changed. 3 point English electrical sockets in the rooms. Pool towels free of charge and a great children's pool with sloping entry rather than steps, and a small slide. Our only negative in the whole week, was the man trying to sell tours and trips. His patter, nabbing you to try and ingratiate himself before you even got to the lift with your luggage, was not appreciated. He dresses in a dark blue suit to make it look like he is a member of the hotel staff, and seems to have free range to wander around the hotel, even catching people in the pool area who he might have missed earlier. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Corniche promenade walk by an Arabian Guld inlet, 5-7 minutes from the open top Big Bus stop, and a 20-25 minute taxi ride at 50-80mph to Abu Dhabi's largest mall at Yas (great value at only 60AED/£14). Will defintely stay here again when visiting Abu Dhabi. …

Sheraton Abu Dhabi has a wide selection of eating places: french cuisine, restaurant by the pool, even an english style pub and more. Le Bistrot was my personal favorite! Can get onion soup there hehe :)

The hotel is located on Carniche Beach, which ennobles, visit the Le Bistrot Lounge and Tavern Pub, each place with a distinctive vibe, live performance in the pub, open-air hookah in the lounge, and cozy gatherings with friends, all the staff are very friendly
