I absolutely love staying at the Royal Rose. This hotel is elegant and impressive! The beauty of this hotel makes it feel like you are staying in a fairy tale palace. The attention to detail adds to its beauty. Not only is the hotel itself beautiful, the staff here makes it all worthwhile. The staff is well organized and very courteous. High accolades need to be given to the front desk staff as well as the valet department and porters. I am also giving a special acknowledgment to front desk clerk Rodette. I have encountered her many times staying at the Royal Hotel Rose. She is very friendly and professional. Even if the hotel very busy, she is makes me feel like I am important enough to have her undivided attention. That really means a lot to me as a returning customer. The hotel should be very proud to have here as one of the first people customers encounter when checking in. Well done Miss Rodette! Great customer service is very much appreciated and acknowledge. The ambience and design of the room compliemented my wedding photos. The room is clean, tidy and peaceful The hotel is near to any shops especially a flower shop where I bought my bouquet. Staffs are courteous and always ready to smile and greet.
