Visited the Lovely and Massive hotel in mid June located at a central place with accessibility of Al Raha shopping mall directly from hotel lobby and main road just next to it making it easier to catch up with appointments and places you would like to visit in Abudhabi! On the contrary , would not need to go out often as the hotel offers comfort ,homely luxurious chill options!! upon arrival we definitely knew we were going to have a beautiful stay because of the warm reception of an amazing front desk team! Nouf and Sara were soo sweet they made us feel at home instantly ! Very Proffessional,and helpful gave us a fast check in to a beautiful upgraded seaview room we were thrilled!A big thank you for the great service and we kept on happily extending our stay with Glenn and Ruth who were very reliable and friendly had us not wanting to leave because of their Charisma and great service whenever we met at the lobby ..we enjoyed speaking french with Sara and not leaving without a good laugh and jokes from Nouf, Ruth,Glenn and the rest of the Team even upon check out!! We really were soo happy although sad to leave a place that became home and team that became family!! loved you guys and miss you alot definitely going to be back!! The conceirge Joseph soo helpful with luggage and car parking every other time we had to go out and greeted us with a warm smile he is really a great gentleman with a big heart to service!! It was a pleasure meeting you!! The room was beautiful, spacious with a lovely view and magic Mirror in the bathroom was fascinating the bell guy who got our luggage to the room my sincere apologies I can't remember his name was really nice and gave us a beautiful tour of the room made us feel comfortable really appreciated Your hospitality! Serville restaurant had a beautiful ambiance nice location could get a good view and view of the pool and for good reasons we didn't want missing out on breakfast because of the variety of nice selections on the Buffet the Wonderful service from the team who would always smile,talk to us and suggest for us the best selections !Janettte at the hostess desk welcomed us with a beautiful smile every morning! Sumi nice attitude and made us tasty omelette whilst singing and smiling and made sure we enjoyed and were happy thanks alot!aathar and Lovely were soo nice , super friendly and really good at their job kept checking up on us from time to time if we needed anything else! We would like to say thank you to the full team of Al Raha Hotel, especially to Eslam, Thea, and one more kind guy at the reception whose name we did not get, unfortunately. You made our stay in Abu Dhabi unforgettable! The staff was very kind and always eager to help. The room was just fantastic with a fabulous view of the sea. We have got an Upgrade and opportunity to check out at 1:00 pm instead of 12:00. We really appreciate that! The breakfast amazed us too. Huge variety, everything is fresh, delicious, and looking great. We did not expect the service to be so high-end. We are definitely coming back!

Unfortunately, there were a lot of malfunctions in the room - the light did not work at all, the refrigerator barely cooled, the technician was in our room for no less than two hours and there were still more malfunctions. There were shouts and noise from the room below us and I asked them to keep quiet because we have a sleeping baby. I even rang the reception and complained about the noise to my surprise half an hour later at around 4 am someone claiming to be from security rang and woke us all up including the baby even though he was already asleep. Why was it urgent to call and inform us that the matter was taken care of? Did he want us to give him an award?

Stayed at the hotel last week with my family for a week. Lots of pros and cons with the hotel Pros; lovely spacious rooms, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Food was very tasty. The chefs also were great with my daughters allergies. Staff very polite and helpful. The shop in the hotel run by Cecil is excellent. She is very accommodating and will always give you her best price. We bought numerous items from her as her prices were excellent. So please visit the shop! Cons; the hotel doesn't have the best view on the beach area. It's more like swimming in a lake, not the sea. Also jellyfish! We were all inclusive which you would think we mean everything. No! Please be aware. Not all drinks are included in all inclusive. Also the hotel has 5 restaurants it states so you think the food would be different in each restaurant. If you are all inclusive the food is the same in each restaurant! You only get a different menu if you are a paying guest. This was a massive disappointment to us as we were not made aware of this at the time of booking. The pool bar has a menu for lunch and this is the same menu in the restaurants. Also the food in the main buffet is very repetitive. There also needs to be more kid friendly food, or a kids corner for food. We had to check out by 11am to be picked up but the hotel would not allow us breakfast even though we didn't have to check out till 12pm! They said we had to pay 80 dirhams each if we wanted it ! Very poor ! Would I stay at the hotel again? No. Only if the changes were made I would consider it. Overall we had a nice stay but these main issues for us did put us off. Nice hotel. Upgraded to bigger room and so spacious. Staff really helpful. Really enjoy the stay for 3D2N. Breakfast have a good variety but dinner buffet need to have more option. Overall the food is ok.
