Detailed Reviews
WOW! I stayed 3 years in the same apartment!! That, by itself, says a lot. Contemporary and well maintained living accommodations that are noticeably "quiet", i.e. well insulated from neighbor noise. Wonderful staff and the housekeeping and room service teams deserve a 10, on a scale of 1-10! Excellent!!
Highly recommended! The location is within walking distance to the Corniche, shops and restaurants, without being embedded in center-city noise and busy streets.
Improvement could be realized if Management was more "effective" in their response time to expressed concerns and reception staff should always be sure that they understand what is being asked of them, before replying. For some reason, cultural or otherwise, they say "yes" to everything, without fully understanding what is being asked. This can be frustrating.
Overall, you can't go wrong with this property!! I, for one, plan on staying there again. A very Special Thank you to Mr. Nahhas, who demonstrated commendable professionalism, efficiency and communication skills while facilitating my lease. You will go far, my friend.
Enjoy your travels!!! Enjoy Jannah!!

We have been staying at Jannah for almost 3 mos, and may I just say, they improved their services alot. We’ve had issues before with housekeeping/room service but now! special mention to QAYYUM our floor server. he is always courteous and polite, and gives the best customer experience all the time. my only issue now is room service keep giving 1-2 laundry bags instead of giving alot, and we have to call to keep asking for more, we give laundry everyday and i think having some in stock is reasonable.
overall great hotel, clean, modest and quiet!

Location is great, not far from Abu Dhabi Mall and the Corniche Beach, also a walkable distance with many restaurants close to the hotel. Staff are all very kind and helpful. Thank you to the reception staff and porters who helped me a lot when I arrived. Housekeeping Afroz is very attentive to details and comes daily to clean the room. Service always with a smile thank you!

I'm not sure why did they proudly place board with 5* at the hotel front because facilities and services are very far from 5* rating, I would give them 3*+ maximum.
Lobby is small, restaurant is tiny with terrace on the road, swimming pool sized like a bathtub with no sunbeds around. Room had features same like any 3* hotel have, toiletries in squesers attached to the wall, no balcony, linen with holes. I had issues with laundry because they handed over my clothes with horrible chemical smell, when I complained I had got response that city municipality told them to do so. I'm not sure what city municipality had against me, because bed linen and towels didn't have any smell, or were probably washed in another laundry. After 3 complaints they had fixed the issue though. The hotel internet wasn't so good as they advertised, it was disconnected from time to time.
Regarding the staff I had mixed feelings. I'm very happy with housekeeping staff, ladies and gentlemen, I observed them following all hygiene guidances and wearing shoes cover when entering my room, and being very friendly. However reception associates seem had different trainings, very professional lady April, who demonstrated genuine care even solving my issues with laundry and other stuff, thank you dear. Unfortunately I have to mention Eze from reception as well, who gave me horrible attitude and didn't want to bother to explain hotel policies, who showed how unhappy he was with me asking simple question, and didn't bother to say sorry even once if it was a confusion between us. I would not bother to write the review, because whatever experience with hotel facilities I had I left with good feelings thanks to Housekeeping staff and reception lady, but Eze ruined everything, sorry.

I stayed at Jannah for about 2.5 weeks. Just before writing this review, I was inclined to write a positive review (frequently prompted by several staff) and for good reason — the room was clean, pool was pleasant and location was well connected.
The staff were also super friendly. The housekeeping staff did a crisp job — fast, efficient and seamless.
However, I had two major problems. The first day when I walked in, my fridge wasn’t working. Although I had several perishable items the maintenance team only responded after about 1.5 hours and two phone calls. The same repaired fridge burned up 2 weeks later, with a strong burning metal smell that was so pungent that I had to air the room by leaving the door open. The smell remained for two more days. I was surprised that I wasn’t asked for any alternate accommodation as I said that it was an emergency and literally had to wear my mask in the room to breathe properly. I would’ve expected better from a 5* service.
Finally, as I was checking out I forgot my kindle in the room. I concede that the fault is partially on my end for not having double checked the beds, but it was an extremely stressful time for me and I checked out hastily. Later that evening, I realized that my kindle (which had valuable contents and immense emotional value) was left back at the hotel. My first thought was that if the hotel staff had found it, I would’ve received a call. However, after multiple checks through my luggage and checking my device’s location on my account, I realized that it was last active in the hotel building. Unfortunately, upon inquiring with the hotel and giving them my precise location, they replied saying that they didn’t have any lost and found reports of my item.
Now I’m not blaming anyone or holding the hotel responsible. But in interest of writing a fair review, I must say that I’m disappointed that I had to end my stay on a sour note, at this otherwise value-for-money quality hotel. The thought of losing my belongings is saddening, especially considering some conversations that I had with staff where they claimed to do nothing about lost items left behind by guests and turn a blind eye towards it (whatever that means). So I guess it’s as good as gone, just like some of the missing stars on this review.

I wanted a hotel that made me feel like I was part of the city and this hotel is in the tourist club area which is an area of constant action in this city compared to the other hotels here. The service is great especially one of the cleaners named Vivek, he was very kind and welcoming and always provided great company when he came to clean my room. I remember on my first day I had a problem with the WiFi, and the front desk fixed the problem instantly. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend it!

Ive been a long stay guest at the Jannah Burj Al Sarab, having chosen the hotel over the numerous options available in Abu Dhabi..
The Hotel is well located in the bustling tourist club area of Abu Dhabi.
Its well connected, plenty of taxis around. You can also take the public bus (requires a bus card).
Plenty of restaurants of every cuisine around, so lots of dining options.
The food and service at the inhouse restaurant is also very good. I've dined here on previous stays as well as during the Ramadan Iftar, which is sumptuous.
Staff are highly efficient and friendly. A special thanks to Ms. Chuchie with her cheerful helo, flitting around the room and in a jiffy making everything spick and span before leaving.
The other house keeping staff worth commending was Mustapha. Good job!
The only thing I could wish for would be a mini refrigerator instead of the mini bottle cooler. This since I've been living here the past couple of months.
