My glasses disappeared from my room. I asked to have the report of who entered my room (with their system of electric keys), but no report was given and no answer from the Manager. Besides, during my 3-day stay, the elevator didn't work.

Very nice hotel in a quiet residencial area with a nice modern decor and great customer service. Our room was very large, with its own sitting area and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the secluded environment from the craziness of the city

The receptionist didnt even care if we had an issue with the problems we had with their lurky policies. The rooms are not fully cleaned and one of the bathtub smelled like urine. be careful about...

This was our home base for our Colombia trip with our 5 and 7 year old kids. The staff here is wonderful, friendly and super helpful. The rooms were large, clean and luxurious for the price. The breakfasts are delicious and generous. The location was safe but somewhat dull. There were two parks within walking distance but the historic Candelaria...

Had a great (clean, sunny, quiet, spacious) 6th floor suite. Delicious breakfasts, very friendly and helpful staff. We loved that this place was very near where we wanted to be (Parque 93 area, easy walk to Zona Rosa) - with shops and restaurants. But was quieter than it would have been right at those places. Super friendly place. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location, toom, breakfast and quaint atmosphere. Clearly, the people who work here value their impact on foreign travelers to their city. Joanna at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure that we we well taken care of, felt extremely safe and had our daily activities and agenda planned out to our desires. We will highly recommend...

I booked this hotel for a 2 night stay in March. I arrived very early in the morning and the front desk clerk was so welcoming. I was given a chance to have breakfast which was the best inclusive one I was served in the 3 weeks I was in Colombia, travelling all over. Eggs cooked anyway, best arrangement/selection of...
