the reason I chose this hotel was it's onsite gym. when I arrived, it had disappeared. when I expressed my displeasure, management said & did nothing. the room was 1/2 renovated. the staff was nice & helpful. breakfast was included & pretty good. when I asked about travel directions, for example, how to get to the airport via the TransMillennio,...

I've stayed at HCI a handful of times. The staff is always attentive and helpful; the hotel always clean and comfortable; the restaurant is above par; the hotel's go-to driver is a gem and can take you around to show you the sights or accompany you while you run errands. It's a wonderful resource to have connected to the hotel....

If you are visiting Bogota, try the Hotel Centro Internacional. The service is good and it is convenient to the Parque Nacional Enrique Olaya Herrera in Bogota. There is an art mueseum adjacent to the park. Also the historic La Merced neighborhood is close by. At the restaurant inside the hotel, the meals are adequate and breakfast was included. Our...

i stayed at this hotel two days ago on my way back to the States. It was just one night but I made the right choice and I intend to return in the future. The hotel is located in a very business busy area which is good because you find nearby banks, restaurants, pharmacies, coffee places, shops and else. Its...

This is a very clean, comfortable hotel at a very good price within walking distance of the Museo de Oro and the Art Gallery. I stayed there with a friend for 8 nights, and the service was excellent. Clean comfortable rooms, internet access was no problem, and bathrooms were fine for hot showers. Very fine breakfast which was included in...

I think its comical that the owner wrote about the tanks of water for three days. My room was changed twice for lack off hot water. I returned after three weeks and the owner said there were problems with the gas. then I got a call saying there would be no water for two hours, that they were fixing the...

Thank you for your comment we appreciate your business and our compromise is to stay above all of your needs. Indeed there was a problem with the hot water in your room. The reason is that the gas service went down for 2 days without prior notice. The district is repaving the street next to the Hotel and we got...

The place is clean, has good service and my only but was that there was no hot water when I first arrived, and Bogotá is a chilly place to take cold showers. The internet is so-so, at least at my room was very, very weak, and breakfast is good.

Spent 3 days in the hotel and everything was great. Modern, spacious rooms with nice shower. I will definitely recommend to anyone going to Bogota. Guest services were very polite and helpful with all questions. For the price you cannot beat this hotel. Located in the central of Bogota. Minutes away from all the bars and clubs.

“make them promise to upgrade you if you have no hot water. They are not straight forward about this , I had to call several times to the receptionist to say I need hot water and he said fifteen minutes. He also said hot is relative. Other than these excuses and the freezing Bogota water no problems.”
