Beautiful Hotel right on the beach. We stayed in very clean family room with 2 separate BRs and bathrooms. Best of all was service. Madeleine helped so much: calling other hotels, car rental, currency exchange. Nothing was too much for her. Will be back for sure

To be clear: it a 4 stars and the structure is remarkable, but... Pro - nice building - nice place - it has pool and SPA - landscape is remarkable - internal shop for French wines is remarkable - every suite has its own private cooking zone with all the stuff - wifi is free and decent (if works.. see below) Cons - pool was closed due to restructuring - a lot of work around due to restructuring of place and roofs - (management correctly sends a paper notice about noise for works) - 2 restaurants: we did not even try the "east one", we did go for their "fine dining": it was awful: service was completely out of standards: -- usually You choose meals FIRST and THEN wines: here you got a "menu" containing cocktail, never seen in europe. -- no "fine dining" sports a panel saying "please wait to be seated" -- no serious sommellier opens a bottle keeping it in immersion in the "seau à glace" figthing against the cork. -- waiters never studied in a catering school: no manners and language - wifi: (note I am an eletrical enginner, so I do know about failures) it did not work: I spoke with concierge suggesting how to, no way .Later arrived a technician, I discussed with about the failure: he did neither undestand the tech issue. Concierge offered to change room! good, we did it. - people/staff: very gentle but with little exprience: we received a mail for their manager but no one of girls did know any details. - sleep: if You have the room toward the near disco, non way to sleep 'till 03.00 AM. Mixed: its manager did try to fix our isues about fine dining. good. To sum up: very nice, could be super, but many details are missing..

This is a great resort, the staff are always attentive and friendly, both at reception and the restaurants. The food was really good and large portions. The kitchen in the room helped with having breakfast and a separate lounge made it easier if one of us got up early. We were very disappointed we couldn’t use the pool for the first 6 days and had to walk up the beach next door to use a pool. I thought this was hard especially as we couldn’t use the beach either. Also the construction going on meant no siestas for this holiday. If we had known this we would have booked another date. But we will be back again and hopefully can use the pool and have siestas

Great place to stay for a week. The rooms are very clean and tidy and have a good layout. The kitchen is handy to have breakfast or the odd dinner. The Supermarket is a decent 30min walk away. It doesn’t have a toaster though. The pool area is a great place to relax by the water and it overlooks a popular local beach. Stay for sunset, it’s worth it. The staff are very friendly and Front of House are always delightful. Wi-Fi is very good, plenty of MB per day to satisfy both of us, might be not enough for a family though.

We had room 418 for nine nights and greatly enjoyed it. Great location away from the main restaurant areas but able to walk if you wanted to. Beach straight out the front. Staff very attentive, very good room servicing. Plenty of parking. The hotel were able to supply us with a quiet room on request, room had lovely water views around the other hotel next door. Small basic kitchen which suited us fine. The Aquatronic pool area is an extra daily charge but well worth at least one visit during your stay. Unfortunately there is construction occurring on site during Monday to Friday - this was pre advised by the hotel. We could not hear anything at all in our room and there were no obstructions at all, but the noise interferes badly with use of the pool area during construction times.

Had a wonderful stay in a beautiful room on level 4. It was spacious and kitchen well equipped. Our dining experiences were great and the breakfasts were wonderful. We had the best crème brûlée EVER at their more low key restaurant. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by - 10 min walk. The reception staff we very helpful and we enjoyed talking to the very knowledgeable Benjamin in the wine shop (cave).

We arrived two days ago and have been very impressed with this hotel. The staff, the apartment and the day spa are all fabulous. The hotel has been been refurbished and the apartments are comfortable and well equipped. My husband appreciates the rain shower and the king bed is very comfortable. We are self catering for breakfast however have had a lunch and dinner at one of the restaurants. The food is delicious and fresh and reasonably priced with large serves. We even shared a Chicken Caesar salad between the two of us for lunch today. For those who like to self cater there is supermarket and easy 15 walk away. We are looking forward to our next week here.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous location and very helpful staff. Thierry in the restaurant was incredibly attentive and ensured everything was just right. The only downside was it was ridiculously windy so they moved us to a room on the protected side which was great. Also no swimming on the beach at the moment due to shark attack fatality but obviously that’s out of the hotel’s control. Just check before you book your flights, the beaches may be reopened because they were do a shark cull when we were there. 🤷‍♀️

2nd visit to Noumea after staying at Hilton Le Promenade approx 4 yrs ago Originally staying in a standard one bedroom we upgraded to a full ocean view room. Standard one bedrooms just aren't worth it view wise, gotta ask the point of them really. Hotel is nice and clean, rooms are ok and the beds are quite hard, it's good they are self contained, a convenience shop on site would be really good given the self contained nature. There was only one full time English tv channel (BBC World) Internet was very limited in the one bedroom apartment (256mb a day) and then it cost, 30gb in the ocean view. Was unable to swim due to recent shark attacks closing beaches and pool seemed to be cooled, was way to cold to stay in any longer then 5 to 7 mins which was really disappointing given the beach was off limits. We also dropped the daily breakfast as compared to Fiji it was incredibly disappointing Tried the spa next door at additional cost and was good as was the massage. Room service was very good and could be requested daily if needed. Staff at front desk very helpful, shout out to Juliette who was always courteous and nice and tried to help. There was a real lack of cooperation and coordination with tourist activities and suppliers especially when there was no swimming. Many had cut back days they operated If you wonder why a lovely pool is empty on a tropical island... it's because it's so cold. The front desk could really do with a tourism desk and offer services like they do in Fiji with hotel pick up etc... there really did seem to be no interest in this area and new caledonia tourism arm needs to realise the other pacific countries are way better at this than them. With the beach shut and the pool cold it made for a bit of disappointment really Staff were nice and rooms clean, beautiful view from room 420. Stayed 7 days

Lovely hotel and facilities especially spa area. Location perfect for strolling along beach promenade to restaurants. Can’t swim at beach due to shark attacks but hotel has a pool. Having a car is a bonus as we tool 10 minute drive to another bay with fine dining choices. Hotel has good bistro choice and a fine dining restaurant but we didn’t rate that very highly.
