We stayed in the renovated rooms which look out onto the pool. Lovely rooms with nice décor and were spotlessly clean. The service from the staff was outstanding. We were in Vila for work so the location was perfect as we could walk into town, supermarket, etc. Food was great value for money. Definitely will return to stay there in...

The new suite I stayed in was very nice with new with kitchenette. The bathroom was spotless and the service was very good. I ended up there as a walk-in because the Melanesian next door dropped my reservation despite having called to explain my delay due to weather. The food is very basic fare for lunch but OK.

Last minute booking due to yet another Air Vanuatu delay. Kaiviti staff handled everything swiftly and pleasantly, including early morning transfer to airport and calling airline. Room was very clean, aircon, roomy etc. Swimming pool was heavenly in extreme heat. Great price, great service.

Clean and tidy Australian owned. Getting a bit shabby. Up graded to a better room, (bigger but no view)as staying 3 nights. However the air con remote was removed as we hadnt paid for it yet they offered the upgrade. So maybe a bigger room but no real advantage in the upgrade. Looked into alternative accommodation for 4th night elsewhere...

Dear Tropponurse, thank you for taking the time for the review. It is standard procedure around the world to do a preauthorisation on a credit card with hotels and other service industries. It is not a pre-charge as described by you. Your credit card statement would have had a pending transaction listed for an amount of $A50 which a) checks...

I have stayed at this motel before and will continue to stay in the future. If you want somewhere central to shopping and the harbour then this is the place to stay. The staff are friendly as I guess you could say about most places in Vanuatu. Accommodation is quite clean but the apartments are in need of renovating. I...

Really enjoyed our stay here at Kaiviti. This place has really improved based on previous comments I had heard. The new owners have done a fantastic job renovating and turning this property in to a very clean, safe and friendly place to stay. Close to good local and downtown restaurants. They also cook up some very nice basic meals at...

I would thoroughly recommend Kaiviti Hotel. The rooms are clean and large and the place has a nice feel to it. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Ashley goes out of her way to help guests with suggestions on wonderful restaurants, getting around and what to see and do. Location is good, and Vila is very easy to get...

I enjoyed staying at Kaiviti. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and safe and the Motel is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I stayed there by myself and felt safe there. They even gave a volunteer discount for the work I was doing while I was there.

Thanks for a great stay, the rooms although basic are spotlessly clean, and newly renovated rooms are great. The price is good in comparison to other motels in Vanuatu and is just so handy to all amenities that you need such as shopping and town. All rooms have their own cooking facilities which helps with the budget. The staff are...
