My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. We would definitely stay here more often in the future.

On 30May, our big event with 200pax Thailand people was finished very well. Function room, Buffet meals, Rooms Assign and All staff are did very excellent jobs. The lunch provided at the conference meeting is too salty and unable to eat. The room air con is not cool and although i changed the setting, the room is not quite cool enough. Need to fix the air con.

This is my second time at this hotel. The first time was for a business reason. This time I came by with my family for Thingyan Holiday. It was a well spent vacation as the hotel is very lively and the staffs are very friendly and attentive although it was their most busy period. Definitely will come back for another vacation.

I book when Thingyan Festival package is so cheep and worth with what I pay for it. I got amazing FiveStar service and when I check-in time was too early they give me a room so fast a few minutes. They are so kind and especially reception staff are give me free drink and even they are so busy at that time.

I already booked for superior lake view.On that day,Reception girl told me the room will be ready at 11 am.When I arrive,they said u need to wait sir we have many arrivals and I get room with garden view 2nd day,I said I need room cleaning with phone and again to the reception.after 2h,the room is still messy and didn’t do anything. The staffs care only foreigners and didn’t say hello hi to locals.Their face are always aggressive. The main problem is the receptions girls are a bit rude. I asked a question Why u guys didn’t do room cleaning When will u do it and She said sit and wait in ur room! The worst reception Girls in town 👎
