The Three Seasons Hotel on 52 st Yangon is just great. It is fairly priced convenient and very hospitable. Miss Hla Hla and staff are very helpful and warm hearted. Rooms are un-pretentious an comfortable. I would go back anytime. MAR K

I visited with family members in Aprll-May 2015, initially staying for 3 night in the upper annex room and later staying for a further 2 nights in the lower annex before leaving Yangon. Overall, the hotel (family guest house) seems to be good value for money. The rooms were larger and generally clean (if older). Breakfast is very generous (amazing...

I had an amazing stay in Three Season. I will definitely come back here and stay if I am back to Yangon. People were very nice, polite and very helpful. My room is very comfort and clean. The hotel has an old wooden floor and brick building. Breakfast is amazing and lots to chose from. I think they just upgraded...

Spotlessly clean rooms, great breakfast, quiet location. Nothing was too much trouble, they picked us up from the airport. Close to lots of restaurants not much of a walk to downtown Yangon, Sule Pagoda, Bogyoke Aung San market.t

I have been three times in the last few years in this homey stay. The old elegant lady who run the place passed away but her charm is still there. Same family are managing the place and keep the rooms nice and confortable. Good value for a nice room. Good breakfast and 10 minutes or 15 walking to Mahabandoola Gardens

I read the reviews on Travel Advisor & Lonely Planet and cannot believe my eyes. This place must of been hit by a monsoon the day before we came. Dirty, smelly and overpriced no way I could check in. Look someplace else. As a veteran traveler we are used to overprice rooms the major cities, this is ridiculous.

Spotlessly clean rooms in a well maintained teak building located in a convenient area downtown. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Sule Pagoda and within walking distance to several good restaurants and bars. The family and staff are really helpful and nice. The breakfast is huge: eggs, fruit, almond pancakes, toast, tea and coffee. The rooms are basic...

I stayed here 3 times, and will come again. The kind staff is always available to help. Notably, Miss Hla Hla always took good care of me. The breakfast is delicious and truly complete (lots of fresh fruits, amazing pancakes, juice, coffee...). The rooms/bathrooms are hygienic and conveniently equipped with a fridge. The location is great; almost in the center...

We stayed here three nights on our first arrival and then again the day we flew out of Yangon. It is a nice little place run by Miss Hla Hla and her family. She is very helpful and very friendly. She makes you feel at home and welcomed to Myanmar. The hotel is located centrally to all local markets and...

The hotel is in the city center, great location to walk around, and it is clean, though very basic. The family who owns it is very kind and helpful, we were really happy of our stay and of their recommendations. I would suggest that you ask a room with window as our room did not have one.
