As a long-term guest, I would like to say thank you very much all staff; cleaning staff, restaurant staff, receptionists, especially, Tin Zar Lin san, Zin Mar Wai san for your hospitality and flexible arrangement. Some of them remember my name and I felt relieved every time when I come back to the hotel during my stay. It was pity I had to leave Myanmar, but hope I can come back to Yangon and this hotel again soon. Thank you again.

I have found here a great quality service, because of its comfortable and appropriate facilities, as well as constant concern for my comfort. Fitness area, swimming pool and tennis courts are exceptional, just perfect. Every staff member with whom I have been in contact have been attentive and kind, everyday smiley eyes and looking forward to help,done with heart. In restaurant and in room food delicious. Quarantine in the hotel can feel all hotel try the best to do the good job even they also self quarantine in hotel and not back home long time. Thankful to May Mi Myo to keep calling and checking me daily. Also taking care about menu/food to eat daily. Understand the limitation of services but I don’t know. How to do better than this. - Covid=> Quarantine cannot go anywhere - Politic crisis => internet connection blocked but no problem. Anyway team do am excellent job

We spent our 14 quarantine days here. Room was cleaned and spacious. We enjoyed delicious food everyday. We really appreciated customer service here. We met several employees who were super friendly and helpful. They made our stay more comfortable and memorable. We definitely return here again and recommend our friends about these excellent hospitality and service. This time we missed the buffet but we'll be back for it. Nice food, room is quite nice and there’s an awesome pool and gym. Staff are super friendly and all through the hotel they have good safety measures in place regarding Covid. Good location - just next to Myanmar plaza. Will definitely return.

Hello. i bought the 2box of sedona mon cake this mornee with my name zuee. When I make reseravation to order..they girl from.reservation sent me the flyer with viber and she can explain very well .thz to her. But in practical.. when i ate at home One of the cake with strabweey with. Single yolk is dam bad. The egg smell is real strong and taste is almost spoil.the cake layer ans taste are not consistent. I love to eat sedona buffet and cake almost the time. The taste is real good. I dont understand why this time is so bad So I wont try anymore for moncake again as ny experience.Sorry to write about that...so sad..
Excellence Service at Sedona (Yangon) Hotel, especially staff like Ms. Zar Zar Soe (Reservation) make all the difference in the world of my one-week Hotel Quarantine in Myanmar. I was very anxious for my Quarantine living condition upon arrival to Myanmar. With so many unknown, my friend and I had tried to contact several 5 stars hotels in the city. Some just sent us back a few printed marketing materials, some just reply a few short answer while most are disinterested in hosting COVID potential guests. Only one stand out among all the hotels I had contacted, it was Ms. Zar Zar Soe who showed warm and caring side of hospitality industry. She sent me many useful information relating to arrival procedure, what to expect during the stay and check out requirement. She answered tirelessly of all our inquire. She made me feel like value guest and being wanted. Her action speak loudly that Sedona is very much interested in hosting Quarantine guests and willing to accommodate guests to be comfortable. Upon arrival to Myanmar, at 8:30 pm, we were happily surprised that Ms. Zar Zar Soe was stand by to make sure we were able to transfer to Sedona hotel rather than other assigned hotel. This is the one service I wanted to emphasize. It is true that there is a limit on what a hotel reservation agent can do to assist pre-booked guest upon arrival because health official at airport has final decision and they assign which hotel will host arriving passengers. Many of my friends pre booked their hotel room but unable to contact the agent upon arrival. We have heard many stories that the hotels simply take pre-booking and it is up to passenger to try to negotiate (very slim chance) their preference. Not only Sedona did their best but also Ms. Soe was on the phone to guide me the process. She made the difference. With that, I would strongly attest to the most excellence service I had ever encountered. Once we are assigned to Sedona hotel, transfer and check in process was uneventful (which is a great thing). I had very uneventful and comfortable stay in Sedona because of the caring and personal attention given to us by management and staff at Sedona. There are some small issues during the stay, but we can always simply pick up a phone and someone attend to our need and/or address the issues within very short time. Not only our issues were address immediately but also management followed up almost every day to make sure we don’t have similar issue being repeated. I very much appreciate “can do” attitude showed by the Sedona team. Because of their caring and daily in touch, I feel like I had make a few new friends in Myanmar. I feel very comfortable to work with them and I would strongly recommend my friends to utilize their hospitality services. Thank you Sedona (Yangon), I will definitely come back to patronize again.…
I stayed Sedona 3 weeks for mandatory Quarantine. 3 weeks Quarantine was a very difficult task for me. But I had a good time during my quarantine because of Sedona's excellent facilities and friendly staff. Especially, I would like to thank Ms. Khine Thinzar Hett who assist me and my colleague during entire quarantine period.
