Our room at Beautyland II was comfortable: fan, A/C, in-room shower, TV. No window (sigh). There is a nice lounge for guests where you can hang out and use wifi. Breakfast was nice and they have their own restaurant (which we didn't try). Travel advice was non-existent.

A squalid dive of a hotel with an incompetent two-faced psychopath Manager and atrocious rooms, AC which works only in some rooms, old 10" tv's and one bad channel. No refrigerator in rooms. Rooms are equivalent to a $6 room in phnom penh, an $8 room in BKK and for this they have the nerve to charge $30usd! Unbelievable. Location...

I stayed there for couple of nights when I was traveling in Burma. The location is pretty good and convenient to move to other places, especially for eating, 10 minutes walking to Bogyoke Aung San market. The room is very neat but the hot water doesn't work well. It's a bit overpriced.

Stayed here when we came back from Mandalay as the Ocean Pearl was fully booked. Centrally located but overpriced. Very small rooms, one person could only just walk around the bed. No wifi but for a cup of coffee at Traders Hotel you can use their wifi. Aircon and hot water okay but tv didn't work. For a day or...

I stayed at the Beautyland hotel for 4 days back in October. The location is excellent and at walking distance to most of the important sites.Plenty of places to eat around as well. From the airport, taxi costs 10 dollars .Half the price if you book a taxi with the hotel. However in my case they simply forgot to pick...

Overall experience when staying in this budget hotel is good, the staffs are friendly and helpful. the staffs can speak english very well, so communication is not the problem, as long as u can speak english. Can always get information from the staffs. Well, about the breakfast they serve everyday, the food is delicious especially the local foods. The breakfast...

Except for the central location their is no reason to stay here. The rooms are dirty and damp, not worth the 25 dollars/night. The central location is a plus. Breakfast was poor and fatty. Accommodation in general is poor in Myanmar but this really hit bottom.

We arrived pretty late (coming from phnom penh) and the only option they had "available" was the super premium room, which was indeed not premium. 4 beds in a large room with a dirty bathroom. Great. Anyways, the worst part about this hotel is that strange hotel manager/boss who welcomed us - on the first hand - pretty nicely, but...

We didn't expect much of this hotel, but we got even less. It's cheap to stay there and we knew it would be basic, but I think we would try another place if we knew that it was that dirty and unfriendly. We had booked a pick-up service from the airport but nobody showed up and we had to take...
