Whenever we are in Yangon we stay at this guesthouse mainly because of the staff. They are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They will help you with your travel plans, bus tickets etc. Our room was spacious and clean. We had our own bathroom and a mini fridge. The location is great - it's not far from Bogyoke Aung San Market and Sule Pagoda. There are also some places to eat right next to the guest house.

Affordable and decent guesthouse with friendly English speaking staff. Located not far from Sule Pagoda, it's a good location to explore the surrounding areas and take a nice walk to the Shwedagon Pagoda. The rooms are spacious with good air con and clean bathrooms with hot water. The breakfast is standard Myanmar, but in a buffet style and alters between noodles, rice with fresh fruit and toast. The staff are very friendly and allowed me to do my washing as I had detergent. Overall, a pleasant stay in busy Yangon and I would recommend. At the time I pod 25000 for a twin room (rainy season)

I stayed in a no-window room with air conditioner and hot water. The room was small but clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was OK with rice, bread and fruit. The wifi was not too slow (I used 3G sometimes, anyway). The location is good to explore downtown, Sule, Botataung or Bokyoke Aung San market...

Stayed at room 204 with Pagodas view. The view is so lovely, even able to see Shwedagon Pagoda from a distance and also nearby Pagoda. The room was simple but ok for its price. Bed was just nice, bed sheet, pillow case and towels were well washed and had good smell. Excellent! Bathroom was quite big enough. It likes a peaceful haven in the bustle of Yangon due to the guest house is on 8th floor. Breakfast is so-so. We couldn't find any good restaurants nearby, but there was street food in the afternoon.

We stayed for two nights and it was a good welcome to Yangon. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious (which is not usual in Myanmar when you travel with low budget). The location is ok, 2km from sule pagoda. If you like to walk, you can visit all the spots by foot (consider that the traffic is terrible!). Also, there are restaurants and shops close by, even if it isn't a really touristic area. Finally the staff is really friendly, always willing to help. We'll come back!

We stayed in a superior double for 3 nights after we were able to negotiate the price down to $25. The room was big and had great air con. Staff are friendly and there are lockers to put your valuables. Breakfast was included and was delicious - noodles or rice plus egg and toast. The wifi was of reasonable speed. The location is great for exploring downtown too. Only slight draw back is that the beds are quite hard although that didnt stop us having a good nights sleep.

I've stayed at room 304 with a pagoda view. The bed is too soft but the view is so lovely I don't want to move. The country infrastructure is still on developing so I experienced problem with electricity, water and wifi. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The room is simple but ok for it prize. The other friends stay in rooms with no window so you better check before you book.

We stayed there the first night and we had so many troubles to find the place. However when someone else helped us the staff came downstairs to help us and was very very nice. The hotel is a building with different floors, with several rooms and shared bathrooms. The hotel was alright but the location, even though was very central in my opinion was not ideal.
