What makes this 3-star hotel stands out from its competitors around Chinatown is the view from the rooftop restaurant at the top floor - Got an amazing view ! Here is where breakfast buffet is served, it is a must try if you are to stay at this hotel! Convenient location for tourists at a reasonable price. I stay at the standard room and the room was big and cozy. Not very modern or luxurious but just nice fit for a single traveller like me who plans to stay in Yangon for a few days. The breakfast buffet was also pretty nice, actually much better than expected, serving from local Asian food to typical Western dishes.

I was referred this hotel by a german friend who was here 4 years ago and it couldn't work best for me. Excellent price/quality relation. Nice breakfast at the cool roof top restaurant which has a 360 view over Yangon. I liked the cleanliness of my room even though it was a bit tiny and tv channels had a poor reception. However mattress was great and as said room couldn't be more clean. Rest of appliances including AC worked perfect . Hotel had some details such as fruit and complimentary water which were the top for my 3 days stay in this great city. If come back to Yangon will back again at this hotel. Staff are super friendly and always were ready to help with everything.

We stayed here for 2 nights in December, nice rooftop terrace for breakfast, with a good food choice and egg station. We booked a room with pagoda view, but to be honest it really wasn’t worth it as it was a long way away. Good location for restaurants and bars, and really nice staff.

Situated in the heart of Downtown Yangon. Rooms are clean and basic. Breakfast is included and is served on the rooftop which provides great views of the city. Easy access to transport and the local shopping mall. Within walking distance to Scott's market and nightime street eateries. It's also a short ride to the most famous Pagoda.

Inside Chinatown and near all tours point. room clean and nice, A/C run all day long. you may walk few step to 2nd floor, but staff will carry bags for you, walk distance to most place. easy with no traffic. nice people . you will like this place.

My 3rd time staying here, service was fast and very good! Check-in was fast and quick, Was given anniversary cake due to my request I state on the booking website. Then we were directed to our room, bed and bathroom beautifully decorated with roses and other flowers, really exceed our expectations. Then on the check-out day, my partner was sick, we call the reception and request to checkout late, they say its okay can check out 3pm with no cost. Im sure is subject to availability but still, they all so nice and really good customer service, I highly recommend this place, its better than other nearby hotels in downtown area of Yangon. The breakfast was on the rooftop, with nice view of yangon and food was nice too, they have mohinga(myanmar local noodle soup)

Booked hotel thru agoda during my short weekend trip to Yangon. Took about 1 hour from airport due to traffic jammed to city center and cost 10K by taxi just outside the exit door. Buy ticket at the kiosk from the saleslady. Check in and check out was very fast. Room are pretty clean, nice and bed are comfortable. Staffs are helpful and friendly and the breakfast are adequate too for the price that we are paying. Would recommend for any travelers to the city for vacation. Walking distant to many tourist places and the taxi is really cheap.

Hotel has double rooms, where can sleep 4 people. Good for family with kids. Also, rooms have door, so can be locked from each other. AC in each room, TV in each room. Full bath. Kitchenette (microwave, electric stove), washer machine, plates and utensils. Good WiFi. In overall, this is a really good hotel where you can rest after or before the next journey.

Our experience at this hotel was an absolute disgrace We booked & paid over 6 months in advance & on arrival we were told they overbooked & put us in their sister hotel was of low standard to where we were supposed to stay We sent the hotel an email stating the poor accommodation compared to where we booked in & all we got was worthless excuses We were in the middle of China Town for Chinese New Year & it was obvious we given second preference Would never recommend to anyone

It was hard to rate this hotel. I was pondering a 4 stars rating due to the fact that we didn’t get to know any other hotel in the area. The room was simple, no more luxuries than a tv and hot water, HOWEVER, the location was in the heart of a busy area and close to many of the main places to visit in this city. It is 5 stars if you want to see the everyday life of a Rangoonian. The staff were super helpful and smiley. The rooftop restaurant had a great view of the Schwedagon pagoda at the distance (this is about 40 minutes walk away). The area can be quite intimidating but it was safe to walk around camera in hand. I think, in the end, we don’t need to get to know any other hotel in the area. No complaints at all!
