I highly recommend this hotel.. I have been there for 10 days for a professionnal trip and everything is done to make me feel at home. The rooms are very confortable and food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is wonderful. It is a pleasure to stay here and all the staff is nice, sweet and helpful. Special thanks to Maya, always smiling with a nice word to me every morning.

A clean place in center. This is all the positive. The rest is a silly experience of amatorial proportions. The coffee is not included in the breakfast package. You are allowed only the filtered one ( which deserves the first WTF of the day) The restaurant on the 5th floor doesn't sit 2 people if the few tables for 2-4 guests are busy. Like in the ground floor restaurant, on the 5th floor there is plenty of tables for 6 or 8 but if you are in 2 you are in trouble and they refuse to accomodate you like you have the plague ( even if you are a guest of the hotel) and they offer you a place on the terrace, which can be nice in July but not in January. Therefore i cannot judge the restaurant. I and my partner were rejected because less than 6 people. The new year night, in the same 5th floor-restaurant they made a disco party till early morning which is not so joyful if you sleep on the 4th. There are no indications in the room about how to contact the reception , room-service, services and facilities in general. Even if you knew the room service number, you don't have a menu so: 1) you go down to scan the qr code of the ground floor restaurant 2) you come back to your room to call and order 3) you must be lucky to be answered. This didn't happen to us. I went down, scanned the menu, came up, called and no one picked up. So i went to eat outside. Another silly problem: the rooms are tiny and the bed frame has a wooden 90-degrees angle on which you easily slam your tibias every time you walk in the proximity of the bed. Be ready to curse in different languages. So, to finish: central, new, clean. Managed and designed by who probably never was in other hotels but possibly only railway station hostels. For 115 usd per night i expect more and won't come back. Rating from 0 to 5: WTF.

Love chic hotel with a rustic modern interior. Lovely lobby. Good professional staff speaking fluent English. We stayed in a lovely terrace room. My only issue was that the bathroom tiles in the shower needed some grout work.

I was so excited about this hotel, I chose this hotel because of the greenish and minimalist look, seems like to be inside a rainforest. Location-wise is well located, you are really close to restaurants and touristic places ( everything is at walking distance). Price-wise not so cheap, A little bit overpriced for what it offers ( better say what is doesn’t offer). Pool and gym are not available. My booking included breakfast and I was surprised when I asked for a cappuccino I was told it was an extra charge (is it milk that expensive in Tblisi?), so basically only black coffee is included in the breakfast. I was also surprised by the unfriendly and unprofessional service at the restaurant. Staff seemed to be not happy to work there, I had empty plates not taken away for at least 40 minutes ( not exaggerating ). For breakfast I asked for butter and I was told to go and get it myself, isn’t that part of a good service and nice attitude? Am I asking too much ? Also English seemed to be a big barrer. In conclusion if you really want to stay in this hotel avoid taking the breakfast fare, go for the cheapest room, outside there are nicer and cheaper places you can go and have a better experience. A little advice, work more on the training of your staff, hospitality is the key, a guest will remember forever the way they were treated. English is not a barrier, just a little smile can lead to a better experience.

I stayed here for four nights and added two more nights, the room upgrade was $10/night, and I paid $25 for a late checkout, which was great. Excellent and very safe location, nice minimalist rooms, very competent and helpful staff. The rooms are quite small, but the bathrooms are surprisingly spacious. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I strongly recommend this hotel.
