Hospitable staff with great services. The hotel is located close to most of the major places in Tbilisi. Rooms was spacious and well organized. Breakfast choice was rich. Only challenge was the parking when a taxi was needed. I will come back to this nice place.

The hotel has an excellent location and you can reach most of the landmarks by walk. The rooms were quite clean. The breakfast was good enough to enjoy. The entrance of the hotel is very narrow and you may not find it easily at the first glance; however, the hotel is connected to a shopping mall (Galleria) which gives you plenty of choices for shopping and eating in the food court as well as a playhouse for the kids. we had a 2-year old kid and the hotel provided a cot free of charge (we had requested one in advance though). The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I really liked the smart modern colorful interior design and especially the aroma scent in the lobby. To be fair enough in my review, I should mention two drawbacks: 1- The rooms don't have a fridge and the reception does not accept keeping anything in their fridge! 2- The rooms don't have any safe box, but you can leave your belongings at the reception safe box. Also some rooms do not have a good view, as the windows face the shopping mall and you may prefer to close the curtains for privacy reasons! All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to all visitors of Tbilisi.

Allocating a queen size bed for two (siblings) associated with a dark room ( just one wall lamp) and lack of a refrigerator brings about my worst experience of residence in a hotel. Smallest entrance, and bad wc ventilation system should be mentioned as well.

Dear Ramin, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with the TripAdvisor community. We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your overall stay and that we could not meet all your expectations. We always strive to improve and refine our service and even though our hotel positions itself as an upscale limited services 4 star hotel, which usually doesn’t include minibar facilities, we are adding them to all our rooms. Apart from that, in the near future all the hotel rooms will be equipped with additional lighting fixtures as well. In addition, I would like to inform you that our hotel has a a few room types. We would highly recommend to book our Suites for your future visits, that offers bigger size and variety of amenities, that would match your expectations. Hope to host you again when travel brings you back to Tbilisi. Best Regards, Ellene Sharikadze General Manager

Great location on the Liberty square, close to everything (old city, peace bridge, dry bridge market, ...) including fast indoor access to Galleria mall. Very nice and friendly staff! Our only concern was the dim light in the room.. thing that might be liked by others :)
