We stayed only 1 night at this hotel due to its proximity to Historical-Metekhi and walking distance from Metro Station (Avlabri Metro) We landed in Tbilisi Airport, and took Bus No 37 just outside the Airport and alighted at Avlabari Metro. This hotel is very close to the Metro. We asked locals for direction for this hotel but no vendor outside... More

Low quality hotel. Bad beds, tiny rooms, OK shower in tiny bathroom, very basic breakfast served in in a freezing basement. Strictly no frills. Then again it is very inexpensive and right in the old city so you get what you pay for

We stayed for a weekend trip in this hotel with our family. The location can not be better. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They managed us a baby sitter for our kids (3 and 5 years) and let us enjoy night Tbilisi life which was really great!

We had to stay in this hotel, as in other hotel all rooms were booked for that period. Rooms are very small and not comfortable, furniture and TV is very old one. The breakfast was ok. The bath was old furnished. The only good thing is Wi-Fi.

I strongly strongly strongly (3 times!) recommend Ponto Hotel for all visitors. Although it's small relatively and simply furnished, it's very charming, clean and worthwhile. The staff (Khatuna, Leavani & Niko) are extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged my airport departure and made my life easy in Tbilisi. The location indeed is just 3 minutes stone-throw from Avlabari Metro Station... More

Ponto hotel is located in a narrow street linking the Avlabari Metro station to the river (left bank) and close to Meidani (Old town centre). The hotel is correct but borderline basic. Customer care is almost non-existant. Some of the rooms (we changed during our stay) are ok but other have terrible beds. Breakfast, served in the basement is fine.... More

Great stay - very good value, fantastic location within walking distance of the Old Town. Very, very helpful staff, arranged vehicle for us to travel to Yerevan and made sure we were up at 3am to leave for the airport after we got back from Yerevan Breakfast was good, rooms are fine & perfectly clean and the showers were superb.
