The hotel is in really good location close to all sights and also metro and night life... it has too many stairs but nice rooms... but all of these is nothing with the rud lady at the reception... we booked the hotel and before check in we left the place... Although the lady was not welcoming and friendly for first...

Beds are not comfortable, rooms are small, bathroom is small too. My shower leaked all the water on the floor which was terrible after every time I take a shower since there occurred a small lake in my room! however, the receptionist and staff are very friendly with very little english they speak. Breakfast is quite simple and not open...

I can't describe how rude was the receptionist lady during check in. Then she claimed that my room doesn't include breakfast, my mobile was dead at that time so i can't show her the booking from my end which i checked later and it is clearly mentioned it is included, but i didn't revert to her again coz i hate...

I guess, decent is the word. The hotel is definitely on a budget side, considered otherwise I would probably give it a worse raining. Service was decent, staff attentive and polite. Didn't like the breakfast, but just like in any other hotel in Georgia.

The hotel is in an old refurbished house and it has a great potential, unluckily wasted. Some rooms have a view and there is a terrace on the third floor with a great view. We were lucky to be given a corner room with a stunning view on the town and the fortress, but it was a very small room,...

The location of this hotel is good, within walking distance to the centre, but there is a steep hill climb. The metro station is only 5 min. walk away, but again, it is a steep uphill climb. The ling distance bus to Yerevan is nearby. The staffs are friendly but cannot speak very good English. The breakfast is OK, Overall,...

Me and my friend stayed here for two separate nights and it was simply awesome. The Hotel is centrally situated very close to all the city's main interests. Be it Metekhi Church, Kale Fortress, Sameba Cathedral and of course the old town which is full of life. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the receptionist Manana. The fact...

This place is as georgian as it gets. Little romantic hotel made in an old romantic house, in the old tbilisi, close to everything and with an amazing view to the narikala fortress that just takes your breath away. The staff is amazingly kind and helpfull, rooms are always clean (cleaning lady comes everyday if you want, they ask you),...
