It is a newly renovated place and It's location is ideal. Right smack in the middle of all the happenings in the old town town. Room is clean and big. Walking distance to all the major tourist area and also good eatery nearby. Only minus point is no elevator which could be hard to handle if you are having heavy bags.

Location of this hotel is perfect. Lots of attractions were all walking distance from the hotel (cable car to narikala fortress, clock tower, sulfur bath area and etc) . Lots of restaurants were nearby. Pretty modern looking room. Very spacious and clean with basic amenities. Bed were comfortable too. Even though we stay at the lower floor and at night we can hear the music from the restaurant below but they wont play long til late night. So sleeping wise is not a problem. Staff were very helpful and polite. Greet us everytime they see us. Breakfast were simple and pretty basic. More on european continental style but were delicious. A couple of con bout it as well: 1. The hotel sign is way too small,we been walking around it without realise we been passing it before. 2. When we visit Georgia in the April is still cold weather but why the ac in the room has to be hot air. We had to open the window for a few moment for the cold air to come into our room but too afraid to leave it open the whole night to sleep in as we were staying at the lowest floor facing the street and the music as well. The staff say they cannot do anything about it.🤦🏻‍♀️ But other then that the stay we had were very good and we had no problem recommending to others and come back again in the future.

Newly renovated hotel. The room is big enough to accomodate couple with 2 kids below 12years old. The bed is comfy and the bathroom with hot shower is excellent. Breakfast selection is great and staff is very friendly. The only downside are: 1. Location is confusing due to small signage. If you stand and facing towards "I Love Tbilisi", the hotel is on the left side, infront of vallet parking. 2. Steps in the room have very sharp edges and is is very dangerouse if you have kids running around or wrongly steps toward the edges. I cover it with towel. 2. Balcony door is not weather proof. Cold wind can easily enter from the bottom and at thr side of the door.
