Large, clean, smart rooms, though small windows/not much view. Not great soundproofing but mostly quiet enough. Good shower, wifi, small amenities. Helpful staff. Great location though slightly weird minor street (a little tricky to find but note what this tall building looks like beforehand and you’ ll find it). No food here but no shortage of coffee shops nearby (!!) - and excellent cheap delicious clam noodle place opposite for dinner

Check in process was smooth, staff all very friendly and helpful. But I was told the hotel does not have any restaurant service since COVID. When I booked online, there was bo information about closure of restaurants. Hotel website and info on other booking websites need to be updated. Also it is located very close to main road where protests happen. I could hear a lot of noise until late evening, but was quite at night.

We booked this hotel around 4 months prior to travel and got a really competitive price for Seoul (around 125 US$ per night for 3 of us). Hotel location is excellent - in Namdaemun central district in walking proximity of many attractions. Many public transport options right in front (buses and subway - exit number 9 for the Seoul City Hall station). Loads of restaurants around (likewise in all Seoul). Lobby is pretty small and often crowded with people and their luggage, however check in was fast. Our room was on higher floor - spacious and with good views. Two comfy queen size beds suited three of us very well. Bathroom fair in size, good toiletries - the only downside is the sliding door with glass. Small fridge, AC and TV in room. There is no breakfast option due to Covid ???, but food is the smallest problem in Seoul. The only downside and reason I deduct one star is they charge for the pool, even for hotel guests - around 12 US$ per person per day - really much and unacceptable.…

The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the City Hall metro station, and overall about a 15 minutes walk from Seoul Station. We stayed in a triple room, the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious! The only gripe I had was the bathroom was very much opposite the beds, and the door was sliding, it seemed a bit like a cupboard so you could always hear everything. The hotel was overall good and the staff friendly. I wanted to try the pool, you have to pay extra, 16500 won for 2 hours, but we ran out of time! I would stay here again, but perhaps choose a different style room.

Seoul is such a difficult city to negotiate, but we found this hotel was close to both City Hall station and Seoul stations, has many points of interest close by, and has a plethora of restaurants in the area. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. What we found annoying however, was that the cafe and the restaurant was closed.

Very nice, clean hotel in a great location! We were well pleased with our room, the hotel staff, and the cost. Metro Line 2 (exit 9) has an elevator and is only 50 meters away. There are many restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops in the immediate area, also a pharmacy. Walking distance to Seoul Station, Namdaemun Market, Deoksugung Palace, and Bukchon Hanok Village. Excellent choice for a visit to Seoul!

The hotel is conveniently located near City Hall Station (an interchange of Line 1 and Line 2). There are several restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel too. The room was quite spacious (we stayed in a Deluxe Studio) with two queen size beds. The 24H self-service coin laundry service was additional plus of this hotel.

Hotel is well located and allowed me to walk to nearly all the main tourist spots in Seoul. It's nearby to the subway and Seoul Station so you're able to navigate the city easily from this hotel. Staff are helpful and were easily able to communicate with basic English. Room service was offered everyday and free water bottles provided.

The hotel is conveniently located if one needs to get to or from the KTX. At the same time, is it only 5 mn walk from City Plaza. The place is modern, clean, and the room was spacious. My only small reservation is that the wait for the elevator can be a bit long sometimes.

I didn't get breakfast because they had covid issue which was annoying. But the place was reallly close to every stations, bus station, subway station. It is right next to city hall station subway line 1 (exit 11). All the buses seem to stop right next to the hotel so it was very convenient! However, since this hotel is not out in the big street, it would be a little shady for me to walk around there by myself (something to be thoughtful of). But i'm sure i'm just overly sensitive about stuff like that. Korea is known for being really safe.. but you never know. SHOWER ROOM WAS CLEAN TOO!! NO SHOES IN THE ROOM PLEASE!
