The GLAD Mapo hotel garners praise for its excellent value, featuring comfortable rooms and convenient amenities like Dyson dryers, although a few guests consider it slightly overpriced. Its prime location with direct subway access and a variety of dining options nearby is consistently celebrated by guests.
The friendly staff and efficient service contribute to smooth check-in experiences, earning the hotel additional acclaim. While the modern and stylish atmosphere is a hit, some guests note the rooms could be brighter and the temperature control more adjustable.

You can check in early. The location is very convenient. It's right outside the subway station. There are many delicious restaurants around. The hotel is new and clean. The price is reasonable. Anica helped with the check-in, which was very good. There is a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient for buying things. I highly recommend everyone to come to Seoul for shopping and stay here. It's still very comfortable. The staff are very kind and gentle. It's only one stop away from Hongdae and very close to various attractions. It's only more than half an hour to the farthest Gangnam. The room environment is also very good, the bathroom is very large, and the suitcases of two people can be completely spread out. There are free conversion plugs at the front desk that can be used at will. When checking in, they also gave hand warmers, which is very considerate, but it costs 10,000 won to check in early.

The journey from the airport to the hotel was very smooth. The hotel is in a good location. The check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 11:00. The service attitude is very good, and the hotel smell is also very mild and not pungent. The hotel does not provide disposable items, such as toothpaste, toothbrush and razor. You must bring them yourself or buy them at the convenience store opposite the front desk. The hotel is all non-smoking rooms, and smoking in the room is charged. If you order takeout, you have to go to the first floor to pick it up yourself. Each room in the hotel can park one car, and you need to leave the parking lot within one hour after checking out. The person in charge of this time is Miss Anica, who is very gentle and has no problem communicating in Chinese.

I had been using the station directly connected to this hotel, so I thought it would be convenient to get around if I stayed here, and it really is extremely convenient.
You can use the airport railroad and lines 5 and 6, so you won't have any trouble accessing the main spots.
There's an E-Mart right nearby, and there are countless restaurants, so I think you can get everything you need for shopping and eating around this hotel (lol).
Some reviews say there isn't a bath mat, but there was one in the room without a bathtub on the 18th floor where we stayed.
The breakfast buffet is available to guests at the front desk for 19,800W. When I asked if it would be crowded, they said "It's fine" with a wry smile (lol). It was actually empty, so I don't think it would be a problem to use it on the day of the event.
Check-out is at 11am, so I prepared to go out every day accordingly, but cleaning starts early, so if you leave the "Do not disturb" sign on, a flyer will be placed on the floor in front of the door saying "Please let the front desk know if you would like cleaning." When we were out, we directly asked a female staff member who was cleaning another room, and she gladly agreed.
Some reviews say that the multi-type outlets don't work, but we bought a charging cable at a local convenience store and used it to charge our phones at the cafe. If you're planning to visit Korea in the future, it's a good idea to buy one.
The twin bedroom room is big enough to spread out two suitcases (though it might be a bit difficult to put them side by side). In addition to the desk and chair, there was also a long sofa and round table, so we had no trouble eating snacks we bought at the convenience store.
I think I'll stay at this hotel again next time.

Very good experience!!! Anica is very professional. Will stay here again next time!!! The room is very comfortable!!! Suitable for couples and business trips!!! There are many food options downstairs and there is also a 711!!! There is free wifi and all rooms are non-smoking, so you don't have to worry about smoking. However, the hotel cannot provide disposable items, so remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and even slippers. You can pick up takeout on the first floor, which is very convenient. You can also take a photo of your life next to 711, and it is very convenient to go to major tourist attractions!!! ...

Luna, the waiter at Glad hotel, provided great service and made our trip better. The hotel's facilities are very new and it is very convenient to the subway. It is located at [Gongdeok Station] of the Airport Express Line and other subway lines, just walk up to Exit 9 When I saw the hotel, since the hotel lobby counter was on the L/9th floor, after taking the elevator upstairs, hotel staff would lead me to the counter for check-in. The counter staff could speak Chinese, Japanese, English, etc., so communication would be smooth. There is a 7-11 supermarket and a currency exchange machine in the lobby, which can directly exchange Korean won (the exchange rate is slightly worse than that in Myeongdong shopping district). There is a public laundry room, weighing machine, water dispenser, and microwave. There are six elevators, and you need to pay attention to whether they stop in the lobby (L).
Book a triple room (double bed + single bed). The space is moderately sized and comfortable. There is a sofa and side table by the window, as well as a desk and lamp for use. There are many shelves in the room for storage. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, with a flush toilet. There is a large mirror, a makeup mirror, and a platform to place clothes. The sink is next to the wardrobe outside the door, with enough space to store washing supplies for three people.
🔔Warm reminder ❶ The elevator is at Exit 10. After exiting the elevator, you have to walk to the left and walk across the road to arrive. When you go up the escalator at Exit 9, you will see the hotel door. ❷ It is recommended to bring your own adapters and transformers, a set is provided in the room
📌📌📌 Although it is not in the downtown area, the transportation location is convenient, with the Airport Express, Subway Line 6, 5, and Gyeongui Central Line. There are also shops within walking distance (Olive Young, Lotte Supermarket, BHC Fried Chicken), and there are also Small snack business district. The room is also comfortable. Cleaning and supplies are provided for extended stays. Unfortunately, there is only a socket on one side of the bed and the room is dark. Next time I come to Seoul, I will stay here again because of the convenience of transportation.

This booking also comes with airport pick-up, which is super convenient! The overall environment of the hotel is clean and comfortable. You can check in early. The room is very clean and the equipment is quite complete. The service staff has a good attitude and can communicate in English! The hotel service staff will also help press the elevator and give directions! There are 7-11 and wowpass machines in the lobby, which is very convenient. There is a restaurant just up the subway. There are also a lot of food nearby, and the living functions are good.
The double room I stayed in this time was relatively small. When I arrived, the socket that the previous visitor had touched was not in its place and could not be unplugged. In addition, the hotel did not come with a toothbrush and toothpaste, but you can buy it at 7-11 in the lobby. There was nothing else. good

One of the reasons I chose Glad Mapo is because the location is very accessible to the subway. Also, the accommodation is clean and spacious, so there is enough space to store a lot of luggage or 2 to 3 suitcases, so you can use it without running out of space. It was nice to have, and the bathroom was spacious and clean, so I would recommend it if you have something to see or travel near Hongdae or Mapo!! When checking in, the front desk staff (Jenny) was friendly and explained things well, so I was able to check in comfortably. This is a hotel I would like to use again next time, and I recommend it if you are looking for a hotel with great location, accessibility, and value for money.

I stayed in the Glad Mapo Family Twin room on a weekday for 3 days and 2 nights. The family twin room has a double bed and a twin bed, so I enjoyed using it with my son and daughter. I arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time of 3:00 and tried to leave my luggage, but a staff member named Luna kindly allowed me to check in early. The humidifier that I requested at the time of reservation was also provided in the room, which was useful. When I came out of Exit 9 of Gongdeok Station, I started seeing the name GLAD HOTEL, so I felt good every time I entered the hotel. There was a convenience store in the lobby that was open until 1pm on weekdays, so it was great to buy bottled water or light snacks. Above all, the location of the hotel was great. There were many delicious restaurants near the hotel, so it was nice to have dinner.

Three women searched for a staycation near Hongdae and ended up going to Glad Mapo, and I was very satisfied.!!! First of all, the location was close to the subway, so it was convenient, and the staff member who helped me check in, Anica, spoke softly and was nice when explaining things. The bedding was soft and the room condition and bathroom cleanliness were all comfortable and satisfactory. Due to eco-friendly policy, toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, so you can bring your own or purchase it at the convenience store on the lobby floor. The elevator was spacious enough so it arrived quickly so there was no inconvenience, and there is a good bread restaurant across the street in front of Building B where the parking lot is located. From check-in to check-out, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, and convenient location. In many ways, I thought it was a good idea to come here. Highly recommended!!!

The family of three with the 6-year-old daughter stayed in the house room. It included breakfast for two adults only, and ZOE Manager added a child breakfast coupon for free. My warm heart was so grateful.
I liked the bed, the stylist, the dress. The living room and bedroom are separated and can be used widely. We will visit again.
