This hostel is very near to halal restaurant, Persian Palace Restaurant. Just one minute walk. The hostel rate also very cheap and the room we stayed was comfortable. Highly recommended for those who looking for cheap place to stay but still need a nice place to stay. The staff also very friendly and helpful.

Mr Bong, the hostel owner is a super friendly man. We stayed during the coldest period of winter but his warmth and friendliness warms us up:) Located just a 5-10mins walk from hwehwa subway station. Walking distance to a shopping street which holds most major skincare brands you find in myeongdong. There were different types of rooms available. Was initially...

Strategic location, near Hyehwa subway station, bus stop going to airport, restaurants, and convenience stores. Dormitory-style room is basic, clean and provides warmth during the cold season. The owner, Mr. Bong, is very hands-on and very helpful. He helped us book our DMZ tour even though we just sent him a message through facebook because we we're out on visiting...

I went at Bong house this summer. The landlord is fantastic, he went with us in the city and showed us a good restaurant and we did activities together. Close to the subway station and shopping. Very nice place. We had a room for 3 person and it was cozy and nice. The staff are mostly people who come for...

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our Korean cycle trip and was a really nice place. Decent common room to meet other travellers and a good breakfast to start the day. Really like the location in the studenty area of Seoul with plenty of places to find good food or pop to the local shop for some...

Bong is a charismatic cheerful guy who gives the guesthouse this pleasant atmosphere~ The rooms have an excellent layout, I guess a traditional style that I've seen nowhere else! The staff are all very friendly, in particular I met this inspirational guy, Ku, kind of looked like a women from behind with his long black mane-like hair. 5 stars to...

Usually when I travel solo I always stay in hostels... And there are much better options for the same price in Seoul for example. I have to agree that the location is amazing, near many many budget restaurants - since it's an university area. Many stores, transportation only a few minutes walk... But the hostel itself wasn't the best experience....

On arrival I was told only single (tiny floor mattress room was available for W30,000). Ok, I was tired - acceptable - in the hope that a dorm for half that price might be available the next day. "No: we're fully booked till November." Mr Bong then told me the next day he could offer me W13,000 for the next...
