The hotel owner made my stay here very pleasant with his helpful and friendly nature, this hotel is full of amazing surprises and the owner is a part of that 😎 His knowledge of South Korea and about the world in general was fantastic, and it helps that he speaks English fluently, as well as being multi lingual. I was also given some tasty lemon tea after I returned from my DMZ tour! I was given a welcome coffee when I checked in, and my room was nice sized with high quality toiletries provided in the bathroom Owner the bedroom itself! Shower gel, shampoo etc plus hair spray, face tonic and face cream! You have separate sandals provided for the bedroom and bathroom. You also have a kettle, mineral water bottles and coffee/tea sachets in the room, and have a free filtered coffee machine downstairs to use for free. The super massive flatscreen tv had a few English movie channels and a sports channel in English so was good having that. A remote control helps to turn off the lights as well as the tv. The bed is temperature controlled and omg, warms you up nicely plus gives a massage feel, but don’t use it past level 3, as it goes to level 8 🙈 no wardrobes but you have a clothes/coat stand to use. You also have a mini fridge in the room. The hotel is in the perfect location, central to everything and has plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and 7elevens near it to keep you happy! I managed to see quite a lot in my time in Seoul, including the DMZ and other cultural sites etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would defo stay here again when I visit with friends next time 😊

This is a small and old budget hotel at an excellent but inconspicuous location. The standard twin room is a bit cramped. Heating and hot water worked well. Front desk very helpful. No breakfast available.

Hotel Biz is near to the subway exit but not exactly on the main street, I told times to find the way to them. The decorations is in Hawaii or southern asian style. The interior design is colourful. The boss is also a cheerful person who usually stays at front desk at night. This enhanced my vocation moods. At daytime, it seems that boss’s family helps staying at front desk. The boss took me to the room and gave me the room tour (briefing?). It’s very clear. At the beginning, reading the name of Biz translated in Chinese, I thought it would be similar as a commercial stay. Actually, I think it more like a guesthouse. Overall, I will comment the stay is average. Some dust is found so I made a brief cleaning when I entered the room. The socket is fixed on the desk and a bit far from the bed. For the toilet and bathroom, there is only a hook but no any shelf for hold clothes. I put my clothes on the chair and placing it near the toilet entrance. One point to noted is that the television, toilet light, air extraction system in toilet will be off automatically after switched on for around 2 hours. The room lights are not affected. I used the laundry service. I left the clothes in the morning. I found the clothes were returned when I went back at night.

STATRAVEL booked this hotel (dump) for me for 5 nights in December 2019.Arrived in Seoul after 9pm.The taxi driver had great difficulty finding the hotel. He then walked through very narrow streets to find the hotel. He eventually found it but he could not drive down the narrow lanes. We walked with all my luggage down these lanes to the Hotel.Opposite the hotel the place was littered with dirt. There might also be a night club opposite the hotel. The hotel had bad odour. The room appeared clean but also had a bad smell.Besides the odour this did not appear to be what a hotel should be.I immediately decided that I was not going to stay in this dump for 5 nights.I slept in my clothes as I was so disgusted . I could not wait for the morning to come!!I booked out and with the assistance of the taxi driver I found a very nice hotel.I was not concerned about the additional costs of booking in at a better hotel.I just wanted to get out.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HOTEL BIZ JONGRO

It was the best decision choosing this hotel for my family stay at Seoul. We stayed for 8 nights. The family room is big and comfortable. The toilet is clean, big and toiletries were provided. The hotel is so near to Jongno 3 ga station exit 5 (maybe around 3-5 mins walk). All around the hotel, you can find restaurants and convenient stores. Even though the breakfast is basic with boiled eggs, bread, butter & strawberry jam & juices, it is good enough for us. The hotel staffs are so helpful and accommodating. One of them, Wen (if i spell correctly) even came out to meet and bring us to the hotel because our private van couldn't find his way to the hotel. Overall, I recommend this hotel for stay at Seoul, They are responsive in answering questions too.

We stayed for 5 nights and I must say their location is perfect! For first timers it would be quite hard to find this hotel as you have to go inside an alley but as you get used to the location, you'll see how it is very convenient to mtr, and food stalls. As promised giving them 5 star rating. Front desk really knows how to speak english and will try to provide anything they can. Their breakfast is a bonus! The only thing I hope they can improve is the size of the room. We booked triple room, and it is the same size of double room. nevertheless we had an enjoyable stay :)

Quite hard to find but as we got used to the road here, we find the location very strategic - being walking distance to popular stores like the saem, innisfree, missha, near airport bus stop, metro and halal eatery. They provide coffee / juice, eggs & bread for breakfast. Bathroom has towels, shampoo & shower cream.

You’re within walking distance to many sights, and long walking distance to many more. You’re right next to a maze of alleyways with a ton of cute restaurants and tea houses, and all public transportation is right down the street. Nice staff, good housekeeping, just what you need. Free breakfast is coffee, boiled eggs, and toast.

Room with bathroom. There is not much space, but neither is it the smallest we have been. There is an elevator. Breakfast included (only bread, butter, jam and some eggs). For the price, it's worth it. Good location Very quiet, there is no street nearby with cars (for this reason it is a bit difficult to find the first time) Subway station nearby. The strangest thing was that we had a full computer in the room ...
