I stayed here two years ago and it was a unique concept boutique hotel. LP records and record player in each room. Nice and clean. Yesterday when we checked in and entered our room the carpet was badly stained. I thought ok by the entrance maybe guests didn't take their shoes off. But when we entered the room the entire carpet was riddled with stains. The robes were wrinkled and they didn't smell clean. I wanted to borrow two lp's from the lobby and they asked for a 100,000 deposit on my credit card. For beat up scratched LP records! The lobby staff were not friendly or accommodating. Reminded me of a glorified hostel. For 60,000-70,000 you can stay in any of the ultramodern megamotels in the area with all the modern conveniences. The room had a wonderful view, but that filthy carpet was a major turn off! This is the 2nd time we've stayed here, and our last! I'm sorry I didn't take pictures to prove it. The 1st room we were given was terrible, so we asked for a different one, and the carpets were just as stained in the 2nd one. If you can get past that then go right ahead and book a room.…

I've stayed in probably a hundred hotels in Seoul at least, from cheap to expensive to everything in between. I found this hotel a couple of months ago, as it is near my work place. I've stayed here many nights as I live outside of Seoul. From my first stay, I have been amazed by the quality for the price, and the staff has been extremely friendly and caring. The rooms are modern and function well, nice bed, a big TV. But more importantly, they all have great bathrooms with nice showers, a must have. Many other hotels in the area with similar price range do not measure up to Glue. I think the staff now recognize me, since I am here so often. If you stay anywhere near the Dongdaemun or Jongro area, I would highly recommend this hotel. As someone who is very experienced with Seoul hotels, I can tell you this one is special and of great value for the money. If you walk north near towards Hyehwa station (line 4), you'll find a lot of great little restaurants and cafes that feel more local than the typical tourist areas near Myeongdong. I visited here with my family. Glue hotel room is very clean and crews are nice, kind, dedicated. Hotel is close to DongDaemoon and DaeHakro, so we can have much fun time during stay there. LOVE IT. Thank u

Very nice place. The view from the room is quite wonderful and the record player in the room was unique and special :) The person at the concierge was very kind and the bar has great atmosphere and nice drinks. 10/10 would recommend to others who visit Seoul.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. The interior of the room is also very chic and impressive! I stayed at a double deluxe room and the view was spectacular! Great hospitality and service overall. The bar was also a big plus :)

Very pleasant stay in this quiet complex hotel with a lot of character. The bed was amazing super comfy. Pillows are really nice.. The staff is quite friendly, appreciate all the attentions, especial thanks to "Lee" definitely we will back again...

Stayed at Glue Hotel for 10 days in December - January 2020. In overall, the hotel room is small, but it is comfortable and clean. The rooms are also nice and quiet, air conditioning, showers and toilets works well and well maintained. Check-in was at 2pm and the check-in was very smooth. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 500meters walk to the subway Jongno(5)ga. If you do not want to walk, you can take the bus right in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. Use the Naver app and it will guide you very easily. Great to have a bus stop in front of hotel as it's very convenient. Overall Glue Hotel is a nice hotel and a recommended stay. Whenever I'm back in Seoul, i'll definitely give this hotel a try again.

I would rate this good and not average but since there isn't such a rating i have chosen average. Wherever I stay, I would like to have a comfortable bed and Glue Hotel's beds are very comfortable. The room is clean and neat though it was a bit small but we had place to put our things. The hotel is about 600m from the nearest station. Exit 3 from Jong-no5 station and walk straight till the 2nd main traffic lights, then turn right. Hotel was near eateries and rather easy to find. The staff were helpful although there was some difficulty conversing with them in English. I wish there were brochures on Seoul especially the metro and also places of interest at the hotel as we did not manage to get that from the airport. Breakfast was free but not much choice - bread and cereals and bananas. Instructions on operating the aircond was in Korean and an English version would have helped. Was a bit noisy early in the mornings due to either rubbish collection or the recycle area just behind the hotel. Overall, I had a good stay at this newly opened hotel…
