Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery Ambassador is celebrated by guests for its array of amenities, including spotlessly clean rooms that boast luxurious bathtubs and beds, as well as breathtaking views of the Han River. While the swimming pool is well-maintained and popular among visitors, some suggest that membership benefits could be improved. The hotel's atmosphere receives accolades for its comfort and aesthetic appeal, and although the service is generally lauded for its professionalism, a few travelers have reported inconsistencies.

3rd visit Last year's birthday, room 1902 and April 23, family room with friends. Namsan suite for this birthday. But why has it changed so much?
Strange things often happen when I visit a hotel, and it happened this time too. The bidet wasn't working, so I told the front desk directly that the nozzle wasn't coming out, and while I was eating the Bamsum platter at Lounge & Deck, they said there was no problem, so I thought I had used it wrong, and the feeling of wanting to leisurely lounge around while looking at the Mapo Bridge view disappeared and I wanted to check. The feeling and the sight of a staff member other than the lounge staff leaning on the bar next to me and chatting with their butt towards me made me think, ‘Oh, the service at Lounge & Deck was good before, but why has it changed so much?’ I ate quickly, arrived at the room, and checked the bidet, but it still wasn’t working. So, I said it wasn't possible over the phone and tried to order room service using the tablet, but the tablet was in an empty state and not charging, so I told them this as well when I visited, so I solved it. The staff apologized and said that they would allow late check-out, but they said that lake check-out was not possible due to the Voisin reservation at 12 o'clock. They called me later and said that if you booked a basic room, they would upgrade you to a premium river view. To be honest, I didn't think much of it because I had already stayed in the room, but I said okay. I did. However, the intention to visit again has largely disappeared. It was good last year, but now the only thing special about the hotel is the view, and the only thing I like is that the breakfast system at Voisin has changed.
I think you need to manage service and room conditions. There seems to be someone checking after cleaning the hotel, but there seems to be a problem with the tablet. I stayed there 3 times, but the joints in all 3 rooms were in a damaged state, the scratches were very visible on the glass door film, and the rug in the Namsan Suite didn't look very good. It's so sad. The worst is my memory of Lounge & Deck.

1. Room Conditions
Not narrow room area and beds, and the most satisfying part of the Hanoi (night view) panoramic view. Besides, there are many parts that reveal the careful service mind of the hotel side everywhere.
The shower houses in the bathroom are waterproof tubes that are difficult to see in other hotels. At the check-in, I said I was cleaning the outside walls, but I was impressed that the management was very careful even when it was almost a new hotel.

2. Careful staff
He was an employee with the name Elly (I don't know exactly) at the check-in. When he checked out the room, he looked at our family's composition in the eye, and the size of the bed and the view seemed to be important. And I had a child, so I was very surprised at the sensible response he gave me to the parts I didn't ask for first, such as the kidshound and the kidsleeper.
I wish other five-star hotels had actually received such careful and attentive customer care recently. Usually it only follows the manual on the direct request of the customer. The staff's professionalism was brighter than any other hotel.

It was a comfortable and feel good start from check-in.
It seems like it's a time for you to never regret it.

My older sister brought me here, so I came with my niece and older sister. The hotelier who helped me check in at the reception desk was very kind and calmly helped me step by step, and I was very grateful for the room upgrade as well! When I told them that my nephew was coming, I was impressed that they prepared separate slippers and bathrobes for juniors in advance.
The amenities also had a nice wood and herb scent that fit the hotel concept, and the toothbrush was made of wood, which was nice because it was eco-friendly. I went to the swimming pool at night, and it was comfortable and the night view of the Han River was great!
I want to come again if I get the chance!
However, I was surprised by the smell of cigarette smoke in the elevator when I first came in. It may have been a smoker who got in just before 😅

I felt really good about the kindness that continued from the ground floor to check-out. In particular, I think check-in is the most important, and the hotelier named ROSIE welcomed me very kindly, so I was able to get off to a pleasant start. The rooms were really clean and the bedding was especially nice. I was able to sleep well without any discomfort at all. The soundproofing was really good and the room was so quiet that I thought we were the only ones staying on this floor. The soap and shampoo provided as standard smelled good, which made me feel better again. I had a happy time as the bathtub was large and there was a pink salt bath product provided as standard. Breakfast was also worth the price. It was not a typical buffet taste, but rather a luxurious taste made with great care, so I felt good until the morning. I plan to use it again next time.

I went at 1 o'clock, and since it was our 2nd anniversary, the friendly serena staff let us check in early and even upgraded our room!! :) Thank you so much. I had a great time!
First of all, the lobby is very beautiful! What can I say about the Han River view on the 20th floor... The bedding is very soft and toothbrushes and toothpaste are 1,000 won each, so if you want to bring them, bring them!
And I knew that use of the sauna infinity pool was limited to once a day, but they said there was no limit!
After enjoying the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, it's great to take a dip in the sauna. If you want to enjoy a perfect staycation, make a reservation at this hotel!

This is a review of something I bought with my own money!
First of all, I tried to choose only a 5-star hotel and chose a hotel with a view of the Han River.
There was a view of the Han River from the lobby.
When I entered the room and inserted my card key, the curtains automatically opened, making me feel welcome 😳
First of all, the view was really nice, and the view was so good no matter day or night that I didn't want to leave!!
I'm allergic to dust, so I don't prefer carpeted floors, but it was better because it was a wooden floor, and the breakfast was even better because it was divided into 1st and 2nd parts.
Breakfast was clean and delicious.
And no matter which seat you sit in, you can see the Han River. All the staff were very friendly and they provided valet service, so it was comfortable.
I think I will visit again next time, for sure!!
If you are thinking about hotels in Seoul, you can go without hesitation~~ 👍🏻💛

As soon as I was impressed because it was a newly built building, I went into the room, inserted my card key, and the curtains came down. Oh, wow, the view of the Han River. I came here with my wife, and I almost proposed one more time.

I was sleeping so well that I thought it was because I was getting older, but it turned out that it was because the bedding was so comfortable. I was going to take the pillow but I held back.

The atmosphere of the lounge on the 20th floor was nice, so we strengthened our bond as a couple, and the breakfast food on the 22nd floor was delicious, so we strengthened our bond with our family.

Thank you so much to the MARCO staff who welcomed us from check-in to check-out!! you are handsome

I liked the front desk staff who greeted me with a smile during check-in and check-out.

It was a memorable stay because the quality of the Voisin dinner and breakfast service was better than the room or restaurant view.

I was disappointed that the water pressure in the room was a little weak, but after hearing that it was part of an eco-friendly policy, I started to look at the toothbrush and laundry bag in a new light. blanket

Although the floor number was not that high, we were very satisfied with the room. Thank you.

I came here expecting a premier Han River view, but it was great that they even upgraded me to the highest floor suite. I am very satisfied with the view from both the room and the living room. The bedroom has a large king-size bed and the bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is so big that the toilet and shower are all separate, and there is an additional bathroom, which is awesome! Use of the swimming pool and sauna facilities is included, so you must enjoy it, and I enjoyed leisurely taking a bathtub and a half-body bath. I really liked that all the facilities felt new. There was plenty of space for travelers to unpack their luggage and clothes, and there was a living room so it was nice to share the space^^

I went there after reading many reviews.
I was overwhelmed by the fantastic view of the Han River from the lobby and stopped for a moment.
And the staff welcomed us kindly and kindly.
The moment I finished checking in quickly and entered the room, I was once again fascinated by the view of the Han River.
The room condition was very good, and the dispenser and wooden toothbrush and comb in the bathroom felt like a hotel that cares about the environment.
The soft bed and cozy bedding hugged my body, allowing me to sleep more comfortably.
It was so nice to have a good experience and I thought I would definitely come back for our anniversary.
