i was on business trip early april and stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. the room was small, no window ( i got first floor room), but its very cozy, the heater works well and the staff is friendly. hot water and coffee is free like any other hotel in korea. it is a valued stay indeed.

We stayed in Korea for 9 days and 8 days at this hotel. It will be a little hard to find the hotel if you're new to the place (of course). The nearest station to the hotel is JONGNO 3 (SAM) GA exit 3 or exit 5. The location of the hotel is nice. It's near Insadong(shopping street). What's more surprsing is that you're in the middle of the tourist attractions! As for the stay, it was clean and cozy. Each floor has their own wifi. They have free popcorn! The staff doesn't speak english well but can understand necessary questions from tourists. The hotel has a SMALL elevator. The street where the hotel is located is full of other hotels. You should try the chicken restaurant beside this hotel, it's delicious!

Was given a smaller room that I book upon check in, reason: staff was new. Managed to check in after 9 pm at night to correct room which was on the highest level where there is no lift. My bf and I had 3 baggages and the lift could barely fit to get up we had to carry our large and heavy baggages up to the stairs. However, upon entering the room, first room, the air con terribly. Told the front office, but they COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. Sent a guy up and he just spoke to us in Korean all the way and it was impossible for us to communicate at all. Second problem heater wasn't working. Third stains all over bed sheet. Heard "noises" in the middle of the night. Sleazy and dirty hotel. Staff at the reception was sleeping in the morning and not helpful. WORST HOTEL SO FAR AND I WILL NOT BE BACK!…

A reasonable price and clean hotel. It is located nearby the subway station and many restaurants can be found around there. However, this hotel is more like a "motel". The air-conditioner is not in good condition as there is a weird sound when switch on it. The hotel staffs are friendly but some of them cannot speak very well in English.

I feel very pampered while staying at Cutee Hotel. The room have cute design and spacious too. Budget friendly yet all our needs was already provided like free wifi, fridge, microwave oven,coffee and popcorn. The staff were very accommodating also. Good location the hotel is near the train station.

Good location at a reasonable price. It is near train station and you can find anything you need nearby. They give free wifi and hot canned drinks in the fridge too. The tv channels are quite extensive even at late night. Will consider going back if I am too lazy to explore other lodging.

This is not a tourist hotel, but more like a "love" hotel. However, I was amazed at how comfortable it was with such a good price, consider it is located in the heart of Seoul so near Insadong. The rooms are clean, with cute design, free wifi, complimentary drinks in the fridge, air-conditoner, clean bathroom, and most importantly, quiet at night. Front staffs were friendly too, although with limited English ability. It is located in a bar/restaurant area where one is able to find something to eat any time of the day. It may look seedy by is actually quite safe. It was worth the hard work of finding it, made easier if you could located the exit 5 of Jongno 3-ga subway station (orange line). Nearest airport shuttle stop is Jongno 3-ga if you take bus 6002. This being not a proper hotel, there will be no breakfast service, or in house fitness center. It is also important to let the staffs know you need your room serviced daily, otherwise they won't do it.The staffs are able to look after my luggage for me on my last day upon check out, allowing me a few hours to explore Insadong for a few hours before I came back for them to catch the night flight home. I couldn't find much fault with a hotel like that.…
