Would give a 5-Star for the hotel room as it is really spacious and comfortable, literally like a palace. It falls short of 1 star for the overall rating because of the breakfast and location. Breakfast - Stayed here for 3 nights and breakfast for me was at the Executive Club Lounge. Unfortunately the selections were pretty limited and some...

IMPERIAL PALACE is located in one of the most elegant areas of Seoul, Kangnam Ku, capital of business district of Seoul. Elegant hotel, luxury with impeccable and efficient staff. Always fast responding to all possible requests. I've been long time guest of this hotel and I still will be going there since my expectations remain high as their performance

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Good central location in Gangnam. Really enjoyed the amenities within the hotel and walking around the interior admiring all the old artifacts they showcase. Bathroom within the room are very modern and the stool they provide is a nice touch to get ready in front of the mirror. Would stay again.

Hotel was big, room was standard, breakfast was standard and had the same menu every day. I stayed in this hotel for the congress and workshop. Four nights at this hotel seemed very long. Had been to another starred hotel but with more convinient experience.

The imperial palace is a very impressive hotel, it has a big entrance with extremely attentive staff who do everything to help you. On arrival we were advised that we were upgraded from the rooms we booked and I had a large room with a large desk, a lot of space and bathroom with bath, shower and a make up...

The staff were very helpful. The food and drink they provide on the happy hour was much better than breakfast. Better not miss that. The one thing I'm not pleased with is that they DO NOT turn the air-conditioner on. It was muggy and sticky...in April! I heard that Japanese chain hotel wouldn't make this happen. Alright, even if I...

Reservation wrong, given occupied room. Long long lines and not extremely pleasant. Italian restaurant hurried us out with food and drinks delivered basically together and never delivered bread. Not busy. No excuse

I arrived for a 2 day conference at the Imperial Palace Hotel. Check in was efficient but as I arrived early 9 am, I could only check in at 2 pm. Had a generally pleasant stay until check out. The lady at the counter said I had consumed some drinks from the minibar but I told her I did not. She showed me the minibar list with ticks on a few drinks. I told her I didn't take anything. Throughout this, she showed a very very long face with zero smile...
