Stayed 10 nights at the residential suite. Very spacious and comfortable, perfect to have few guests to visit for a coffee in private setting and discuss business informally. The only real downside with the room was the erratic internet connection en suite, especially in the...More

We stayed here from oct 1-4th, and while we enjoyed the city very much, the hotel seemed to come up short. The hotel is sort of far away from everything and a minimum 10,000krw taxi ride from the where everything is. Here is mostly commercial...More

Dear Nick P,
Thank you for your candid review. We regret that your recent stay did not meet expectations due to the transportation fee, room condition and breakfast waiting time. As 20 mins of waiting time at breakfast is not our normal condition, I believe...More
I stayed here for 5 nights in September 2017. This was not my first stay. Apart from the usual professional services, I had the most pleasant surprise this time when Concierge was able to trace and retrieve two hand carry bags which my friend and...More

A large business hub, Samseongdong is anchored by Korea’s World Trade Center, where many important business exhibitions and meetings are held. The enormous COEX mall sprawls underground, providing a myriad of things to do and see, including a large aquarium and movie theater. For a bit of peace and zen, head over to the ornate Bongeunsa Temple which is one of Korea’s most important places of worship. Or
take a stroll nearby through the tranquil royal burial grounds of Seonjeongneung, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

If I were you, I'd take taxi. If no traffic, the tax costs less than 10,000KRW (according to Naver map, it's about 6KM, less than 10mins). Black/luxury taxi provides better service but is far less common and costs double. And a big IF her is the traffic condition -- the time and fare can easily go up (even double) in peak hours.
Subway is convenient especially if to avoid traffic hour -- take Budang line from Suseo, transfer at Seolleung to #2 line, to Samseong station; Grand IC is at exit #5. About 5~6 stops total; short ride but with connection.
Another alternative is bus -- many buses run from Suseo to Samseong, if you feel comfortable doing so, or simply adventurous.

if you have more than 1 luggage, arrive in the bad weather, or simply want to avoid walking or any potential mistake, take KAL 6704 -- it drops off/pick up right at the hotel front door; if you are flying with Korean Air, you can purchase the bus ticket (part of duty free) with some discount.
CALT 6103 is faster (not stop vs KAL's last stop is Grand IC) and more frequent (10~20min interval vs KAL 30min), but its stop is at the Samsung subway station exit #5, which is closet subway entry, but it still requires about 5 mins walk.
