The hotel is very nice and our room was very nice. Upon arriving, we were upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant end to our day's journey. The room was nice. The breakfast buffet is huge and nice. Pretty much everything about this hotel is nice and you can't go wrong by staying here. What was outstanding was the...

I was unimpressed at best with this hotel. While the hotel itself is in a very good location close to COEX and the COEX Mall (below) and is clean and neat, the staff basically ruined the experience for me. I tried to use the concierge a few times and they were very abrupt with me and only gave me extremely...

Hi albinoviking, Thanks for leaving feedback about your recent stay at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas. Although it's great seeing your satisfactory 3/5 rating for sleep quality and that you found our location adequate for your needs, it's regrettable that the staff's level of assistance, pricing, and food quality fell below your expectations. On behalf of the team, please accept...

The impression from lobby to room to dining is indeed a Grand hotel, old class elegance. I was in a junior suite, which was sufficiently large although still bare as compared to the opulence of other grand hotels such as Ritz Carlton or Raffles. Upon check in I found an item left behind by the previous occupant so housekeeping must...

The Co-ex location was fully booked and this one is around the corner. It was good but not spectacular. The Co-Ex location in my opinion is far superior and that one would be my first choice over this one.

Very very close to subway station and shopping mall. The room is very comfortable with great size. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. One of my most fantastic stays at a hotel in Seoul.

I stayed one night but enjoyed every minute - free wifi - great bar and shopping mall attached. Recommend to spend more time in that hotel. Great services and great food. Specious rooms and bathrooms. Ronen

I have stayed at the Grand Intercontinental for many times due to her winning location. With an expansion of the underground shopping mall, it comes to be an expensive hotel even for business travel, but some of the designs are old fashion, i.e. I hate their tiles in the toilet. However, it wins all from the location and classical branding....

I was fortunate enough to stay again in this hotel. The staff is outstanding from the welcoming concierge, Gina, to everybody that served me in the bar area. I enjoyed a relaxing work afternoon to the music of two players: flute and piano. Desert and dinner was enjoyable as well. After a whole week of business meetings this place is...

The best hotel experience I’ve had so far (I do a lot of travel for work). This is now my personal standard I compare other hotel stays with. Attention to detail and service level is superb. Like other reviewers have already said, the staff really make sure you feel at home at Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas. The hotel hits all...
