We absolutely loved this place, as it is an overall great value for money. It is very well located with nearby access to public transportation (busses & subway) in a lively neighbourhood that provides a full range of amenities suitable for all types of travellers: great affordable restaurants (both traditional and international couisine), shops, nice caffes & bars. The hotel rooms are very spacious with high quality finishings, very clean and the beds are extremly confortable; the free breakfast is quite generous and tasty. Although the neighborhood is buzzing with young people out on a night of fun, the hotel in well insulated wich guarantees a good nights rest :). What we liked best was the staff of the hotel, always happy to assist and provide information - when available, they also provide free trips around the city and we were pretty lucky to get to see some gems this city offers, mostly known by locals. This hotel is an overall 10/10 and we strongly recommend it!…

Good location, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and shops. Close to subway station and bus stop (even bus that goes ro Incheon airport). The room is clean and we got everything that we need in the room. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The front of house staffs speak English very well and most of the time they were there..just tap the bell. They kept our luggages while we went to Osaka for a week, and when we came back they have put our luggages in our room..we really appreciate that. They also upgraded our room for 1 night..good job team!!!. (Sorry we don't know your name, we only know the manager's name, Charlie..thanks Charlie!). .overall we are happy with our stay and we will come back next time we visit Seoul.

I stayed at the hotel few days and I got the best service in every way ! I have to emphasize the free breakfast was amazing, all you can eat , and the staff was so nice and helpful ! Definitely gonna stay here when I visit Seoul again ! :)

In my opinion, this is one of the top hotels in Seoul, and the service was good. If you enjoy shopping, this hotel is close to several well-known malls, and there is free parking available outside if you are driving. Most significantly, there is a restaurant called Benvenuto if you wish to eat Italian meals. The food is excellent, and if you’re a guest of DH Naissance Hotel they also provide free breakfast in the morning.

We are staying at the DH Naissance Hotel with friends currently . The hotel is very clean. All the staff are all friendly, Especially the Manager Charlie. He is very comfortable to talk to and very fluent in English language. He make us feel that we are at home. He is very knowledgeable with the places in Seoul because he answered all our questions ( eg. Transportation, markets, nice & good restaurants). As I noticed, while I was At the reception, He knows how to interact with people from different background. I am really impressed. Good Job Charlie!
