The room are small. Go to myeondong takes 15-20 minutes. Behind this hotel have starbucks, burger king. The reception is good. Can talk english very well too. The problem if you shopping and have big luggage, dont know where should put in the room.
Bed are comfortable even room are small. Very friendly stuff. Close to subway and the city. Except other customers talked too loud on the hallway during night time. Free bottle water everyday. Good hair shampoo and body lotions.

Are you traveling Korean Air? They provide a shuttle that picks up and drops off right in front of New Kukje for less than 20 won. I don't remember the exact price, but I want to say it was ~10 won/person. A taxi will be far more expensive. The shuttle is comfy and takes about the same amount of time (1 hour).
Have fun! Be sure to visit Deoksugung Palace just down the street to the west of the hotel. They do a changing-of-the-guard performance three times a day that is spectacular to watch!
