The beds were great. Rugs and bathroom were dirty. Our overnight stay was bearable, but room was very hot so we slept with a fan on. I wouldn't recommend, nor would I stay here again. The hotel is in need of refurbishing. The cafe and restaurant did not open until 9am, so we couldn't even get coffee in the morning. I guess you get what you pay for.
We checked in at this airport hotel as we had to catch an early morning flight to Jeju from Gimpol airport. The hotel is about 8 minutes from the airpirt and they provide free transfers to hotel guests. The rate is not cheap, the room is basic and small but comfortable enough. I would recommend this hotel if you need to transit overnight. Within 5 minutes walking distances you can find these famous populae Korean BBQ chicken and beer. They happened to be one of the best here, do give it a try. Breakfast is average but enough before you start the day.
This hotel is very convenient for flying out of Incheon Airport. There’s a few convenience stores (7/11 etc) walking distance down the road and a McDonalds, along with other pizza places etc. They have an airport shuttle that starts from 6am. And the airport isn’t very far away, so even if the shuttle isn’t running a taxi wouldn’t be too expensive. It’s also easy to get to using the underground. The room was spacious and the bathroom was quite big. It was a good shower and they give you good free toiletries. I didn’t have the breakfast that was included as it started at 7am and I had to catch an earlier shuttle.
Stayed here for 1 night as part of my Asiana Sydney to London via Seoul. A shuttle bus took us the 10 minute journe. The hotel was clean, bright and functional with reasonably sized rooms - ours was all computer lighting, electric windows and of course the rather fab loo seat which does .... well everything after your done. The too. Was a decent size and the bed comfortable. It’s a stop ove4 hotel so not a lot round there and it was a Sunday for us so quiet outside. The dinner and breakfast were ver6 good with a,ple choice If your staying over in transit for some reason then this is a very good option - if staying a few days you might need to consider going further into town.
The name Airport Hotel is a little misleading as it is actually about 4 miles fro the airport. The hotel itself is in an adjacent neighborhood, The room was clean & comfortable with all the amenities. The decor is somewhat dated but after flying fro the US decor was not what I was looking for. The restaurant/breakfast room is in the basement. Breakfast is not included. All things considered I will stay here on my next trip that requires a layover.
Stayed 1 night on a way back home. Room is small but it is typical for the overnight hotels. Room is clean, service is good. Location - convenient as not too far from the airport. Breakfast - suitable more for Asian customers as no much western food variety.
Our stay here was a bit of an adventure. The room itself was nice and we had a bit of a view and a good sized bathroom. The hotel itself was conveniently located for the airport with a regular free shuttle service. We saw some scenery and got a glimpse of the culture, which was worth it. Although the welcome folder says room service, when we asked at the front desk the gentleman just laughed, so you'll need to go out to get dinner. I suggest learning a few Korean phrases or at least how to order a meal as this area has little to no English signage and the people are friendly but most had very little English. You also need to go downstairs for hot water to make tea or coffee, so keep that in mind. We enjoyed watching Korean soap operas and attempting guess the plot line. There's a cute little donut place just up the road from the hotel and the gentleman there was helpful and jolly and did his best with our lack of Korean language skills! He does donuts and brekky muffins. Good coffee too. All in all a bit of an adventure!…
We used this hotel for a layover for an onward flight to Jeju. Room is small but clean, decor definitely dated, and lighting was dim. Price is reasonable, approximately USD90 per night. From Incheon, it was a fuss free subway ride to Gimpo airport station. Take the escalators all the way up to Gimpo Airport. At the airport, approach the information counter for help to call for the hotel's free shuttle. Then wait outside between gate 6 and 7 for the shuttle, which has "Hotel Airport" printed on the windscreen. From there, it is a quick 5 - 7 mins to the hotel.
12 hour layover after a redeye from Danang before an 11 hour flight to Seattle. I'm glad I booked a room to get some sleep, just wish the bed and pillows were a little more comfortable. It was worth the price ($113 for 8 hours) for the hot shower!
Stranded overnight in Seoul so booked this hotel in desperation. Very cheap at under £40 per room. Very dated hotel but the room very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and linen spotless. I would stay there again as for the price it was good value and we did get a good nights sleep before continuing our journey from New Zealand back to the UK. There is also a free shuttle service to and from the airport.
