Room was beautiful but lacking storage such as drawers/dressers for clothes. Service was fine although during my stay, the building had an electricity drill/exercise which turned off power for most of the evening (about 1am to early morning). Other than a note found in my room, no other notice given even during check in that evening. No lights or wifi...

Dear ezraulo, First of all, thank you very much for your recent stay with us, and taking the time to provide us with your feedback on TripAdvisor. I was very concerned that your recent stay experience was not up to your expectations. I truly apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced due to electricity drill. It is definitely our mistake...

I stayed one night at a suite for a birthday event. I liked the wall decor and museum-like corridor. Especially the bathroom with the city view is impressive. Service was ok, breakfast was decent but it was a bit inconvenient to go up to 24th floor to take another elevator room to my room all the time. Moreover, you can...

This is the first time I stayed in a Korean hotel, thus I cannot compare PHS to others in Korean. If I measured it to international hotels in Asia, it is lacking. The hotel is tired looking inside and no proper upkeeping of the walls and other equipments. Service is also very average. Food is the hotel is also average....

I'm going to be honest, this is a nice hotel. There's nothing wrong with it by any means - the suites are comfortable and spacious with a very nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. But you pay above and beyond for the Park Hyatt brand (whether in cash or points) and generally I am happy to do so. I have...

Not a lot of choices when it comes to reputable chain hotels in Seoul, even less in the Gangnam area. However the Park Hyatt lives up to its brand image and offers a top notch, if somewhat sterile, experience (the rooms feel cold and business-like and the floor to ceiling windows offer a very urban view) which is not something...

Best place to stay in Seoul because of location. But I didn't get to have any above and beyond experience. Restaurant service was very dull and average. Asked for simple room service, it took a long time. I had to call 3times to get it. I wouldn't go back again.

I am presently in Seoul visiting in laws and needed to get away for a night to do a conference call with the US. I have a ton of Hyatt Gold Passport points and used some for a free stay here. If you have stayed at a Park Hyatt previously and enjoyed your visit, you will enjoy this. If you're...

Stayed for two nights in December and was pleasantly surprised by the high caliber of this hotel. Overall, the property and staff compare well with high-end brands like the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. Received a corner room with view of Bongeunsa temple upon request (although I was informed that I did not have a enough status for an upgrade)....
