I moved to the Park Hyatt on very short notice after a horrendous experience in the nearby Ramada. It was a complete 180 degree turn around. Incredibly clean and spacious room with floor to wall windows, personalized service and everyone seemed to know our names, a concierge who came to the room on check in, showed us the function or... Main entrance is right outside of the subway exits and its in a new shopping area. the upgraded rooms are really well done with comfortable beds and 5 piece showers. The seperate bathtub / shower combination and natural rock in the rooms is a great touch. There isn't a lounge however the breakfast downstairs is really good with great high... More

I agree with the positive comments made by other trip'ers… the hotel is fantastic, good location, easy access to the subway, very comfortable rooms - and loos - with great city views, the mouth watering food (Fredrico’s team is excellent). But what stands out is the Service levels – the staff go above and beyond in making one feel welcome…... More

I switched to this hotel from another one and tried to check in early just to get my huge suitcase out of the way (took the subway early to avoid crowds). They could not accommodate me that early so they offered free breakfast in cornerstone or use of the spa. I passed on them but was impressed that I was... More

Park Hyatt Seoul is an excellent property with staff who are among the most personable and responsive, anywhere. It is by far the sharpest hotel in Seoul, and is in the middle of the very stylish and hip Gangnam District, south of the Han River. On the plus side, we had lots of questions during our 5 night stay. Each... More

I booked the hotel for a conference and had not done any research at all in doing so. Perhaps, I was therefore overwhelmed by how lovely the hotel really is. Modern and with very good service in general. The lobby is on the 24th floor so the entrance is unobstrusive. The lobby wasn't very impressive but when I entered my... More

Many good reviews have already been written about this establishment, so I do not think I need to add to it unnecessarily except to point out that for me, the stand-out point for this hotel is the service provided by their largely local staff. From the concierge's team head, Ken, to others such as Allan, all of them were outstanding... More

I seriously did not want to leave this hotel because i loved it so much. Its in a very nice part of Seoul and although being out of the way of the more touristy city center, it sits on top of a metro station and Seoul's metro is cheap, efficient and very user friendly so you can go anywhere in... After wondering if we were headed to the right hotel based on the nearby neighborhoods and "rear" entrance, we were extremely pleased when we went to the lobby to check in. Everything looked nice and clean with a simple, understated, modern look. As we walked to our room we almost felt as if we were in a museum with low-lit... More

This hotel is beautiful and probably provides most guests with a really wonderful experience--I'm sure I'll return. This visit was disappointing mostly because of my (too high) expectations and the context of my visit (I had spent the previous night at the Four Seasons Tokyo Marunouchi for the same price I pain for my room at the Park Hyatt Soul)....
