지난 번에 급하게 당일 예약이 필요했던 터라, 사실 위치만 보고 예약했었습니다. 우연히 들렀던 그 때의 기억이 좋아서 이번에는 리워즈 회원 전용 Experience One More로 이용하였습니다. 주기적으로 인근에 방문할 일이 있어서요. 다만 매번 도착 시간이 새벽이다보니, 잠자고 다른 시설 이용해 볼 기회는 없는데 이 곳은 정말 직원분들 친절하셔서 그것 하나만으로도 투숙할 가치가 충분했습니다. 보통 도착 시간이 새벽 2~3시 인데도....상큼한 미소로 반겨주시니 운전으로 지쳤던 제 기분까지 좋아지더라구요. 덕분에 피곤했지만, 좋은 기분으로 잠자리 들 수 있었습니다. 물론 비슷한 등급 / 가격대 호텔들에 비해서 객실도 조금 넓었고, Bath tub 이 있어서 전 좋았어요. 침구도 편하고 꿀잠 잤습니다. 오랜 시간 머물지 못해 아쉬울 따름이죠. 다음날이 주말이고, 많은 손님들의 이른 체크인이 예상되었지만, 새벽 체크인으로 Late check out 요청 드렸더니..가능한 범위 내에서 최대한 배려해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 진짜 또 방문할꺼예요...이제 저는 인근 방문 할 때 아묻따 Lotte city hotel Guro 입니다~~ :-)

THE BEST in its class and definitely even better than the ones with more stars around the area for sure. I've stayed there handful of times now because of business but it always ended up feeling like vacation because it's so pleasant to stay there. First of all, everyone who works there's super friendly, always courteous and ready to help. The most impressing thing is that you never have to wait in line to check in or out. First you only see only one person working at the front desk, but as soon as a line builds up, other staff members appear all of the sudden from somewhere to help so customers don't have to wait in line. Second of all, I LOVE their beds!! They are just comfortable! and bed linens are always so immaculately clean, white and soft. I love sleeping in them. It's one of my favorite reasons why I like staying here. Third, The bathroom! It's bigger than other bathrooms of the hotels of the similar or higher grade in the area. Not to mention, all rooms have a tub and a bidet which is also a huge plus! Water pressure and temperature are also good. There are so many other advantages of this hotel such as good city view, ample parking spaces, amazing location and nearby shopping, eating districts and shopping centres, crazy deals and specials and more. My place of business is actually much closer to Ramada, but after having been there, I'd much prefer Lotte even though it's a bit farther.…

I stayed in this hotel for two month from last year December to this year February, it was very good hotel for business purpose. The management of the hotel starting from GM Mr. Jerry and rest of the staff make it very homely environment to the guest. Even I stayed for business purpose you don’t feel like that, all required facilities are provide and staff is excellent from the lobby security to the housekeeping, room is very fresh and hygiene, excellent service from housekeeping team. The leadership of Mr. Jerry counter lot to the hotel and the staff which ultimately benefited to the guest.

Was in Seoul for a business trip and chose this hotel as it was close to where our meetings were held. It was very convenient as the airport shuttle stops right outside the hotel! The hotel was quiet, clean, and was in a very good condition. I guess this is what was expected of a Lotte Hotel. Rooms were large for a Seoul hotel and we had lots of space to move about. Beds were nice and comfy. There is cafe right across the street and quite a few convenience stores nearby. A big E-mart was also around the corner. The subway was pretty close as well. It's a really convenient place to stay. Head to the street near the subway station as it was lined with BBQ restaurants! Can see tons of locals there at night after work. Do note though, most of it don't have english menus but I'm sure if you ask the waiters, they might know a bit of English. Would definitely recommend others to stay here again if you have business to attend nearby. Not for leisure purposes as it was far away from the tourist areas like Myeongdong. Had to transfer lines a few times and it was a bit confusing after a long day at work.…

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel arranged by the travel agency. It is located at Guro Digital Complex, and you can get there on foot from the metro station of the same name. It takes about 10 minutes. The walking distance is approximately 1,800 ft. I had supposed to arrive there by Metro and on foot but took a Taxi from Seoul Station on Monday rush hour. It took about an hour. The Lobby is not so spacious but convenient for business trips, and the staffs were sufficiently warm and friendly worthy of the Hotel brand’s reputation. I had stayed Lotte City Hotel Mapo last winter before the pandemic, it has a swimming pool on the fourth floor and a smoking booth at the front yard. But there is neither pool nor booth. Yes, I am a heavy smoker. I had to use the venue at the next-door building. To be honest, I am a big fan of the Lotte Hotel, I used to keep my Charlotte membership for several years when I was in my 30's. Like Mapo, it is a 3-star hotel, the quality of the interior, amenities, and bedding is comparable to that of a 5-star. Nevertheless, the difference is that unlike Mapo, the corridors are arranged in a row, so privacy protection is insufficient. Except for the fact that there is neither a swimming pool nor a smoking booth, it is the same as Mapo that cannot be called a City Hotel for business purposes. I hadn't used breakfast, so I cannot know the details. Signs such as "Makeup room." or "Do not disturb." are very convenient because guests can use the sign lamp instead of the door hanger.…

I had some business arrangements to attend in Seoul and my family joined later for an autumn break. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had two rooms on the same floor, the rooms were spacious and clean. Everything worked well and efficiently. Our room rate included breakfast, so we ate every morning at the hotel. Breakfast was ok, the only disappointment was that it didn't vary, so every morning the selection staid the same. I'd also like to have a lot of fresh things for breakfast, like fresh fruit and juices, the selection was limited. Never the less, we always had enough to eat at breakfast. Staffs are friendly and polite. Room smells nice and fresh, decorations is right with good coloring. Traffic around is convenient, with airport bus stop right in front of the hotel and subway nearby. You could easily find restaurants, convenient stores and supermarket around. Overall, a good staying experience and will come again for sure~

We,my wife and I, are retiered and live overseas. We need a place to stay when visiting South Korea. We have been using Lotte City Hotel Guro for three consecutive years. With the base camp on this hotel, I travel to Korea and visit my relatives in Korea. And also tours Japan and other Southeast Asian regions. The hotel is geographically very convenient and reasonably priced. Especially the services of the working staffs are very good. It always provides a simple and calm service with a smile. In this stay (October through November, 2019), I especially appreciate the service of Hellena. We recommend this hotel highly, especially to the business trip and retired family trip.

This is a great gem! The staff was very polite and always helpful (their English is very good and they tipped us off that you can get your tax portion back at the airport). Very close to the metro with a McDonald’s, convenience stores, and little eating malls nearby. They have a very nice workout facility (if that’s your thing while on vacation) and laundry facility (2 full scale washers and dryers—4,000 Kwon each, 37 minutes to wash, 45 minutes to dry). Dryers are not weak lot a lot of places I’ve visited and will dry on one cycle. WiFi at this hotel is excellent (as is the entire country—I’ve been to a lot of countries bragging about their WiFi but this is the first one that’s lived up to it—-enough to stream Netflix in HD). Local metro takes about 30 minutes into the city hall area-which is more than made up by the cost savings at the hotel. Bathroom is full size and nice. Small frig in the room.…
